This house is a great option for a large group. The only downside was no beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc)

We have been taking our family beach trip for almost 40 years in condos and this year made the change with our adult kids to Pensacola to try a house. It was an amazing week!! The house is conveniently close to the beach. We loved having our own pool and grills. The industrial ice maker was amazing even though we had to get a repairman out for leaking they fixed the problem within 24 hours. The layout was roomy with a bed for everyone in our group and 8.5 bathrooms meant no one had to wait! The only suggestion we had was with 30 people in the house it could use an extra washer and dryer since those ran nonstop. The 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee makers, and 2 refrigerators/ freezers were so nice to have. We will definitely return next summer!

This was our third consecutive year at this particular property. We’ve been coming to Pensacola Beach for eight years, and have just upgraded to bigger houses as our family has expanded. We love everything about the starfish house! The location is great, the size is perfect for our family. The pool is used all day, every day by someone. When there are 23 people, someone is always at the beach and at the pool! The only negatives were that a few things are starting to look very worn and a bit shabby. The pool is in desperate need of a new liner, we had a leak while we were there and the water got low and there was fear on our part that something was going to happen with the pump. It was resolved quickly, and that was greatly appreciated. The main living room furniture, and several of the bedding sets are looking quite worn, and should probably be replaced soon. Other than that, it was an another perfect week at the beach!
And as has always been our experience, Paradise Beach Homes will go above and beyond to help you with any issues you have! highly recommend this house for your big family vacation!

It was a fabulous week, everyone did what they wanted to do. We all celebrated the Zero Birthdays, 1944. 1964. 1974. 2004. 2014.
With honorable mention of one who was 30 up until Saturday, the birthday and two who were married in 2004. It was a great week.
There were a few minor issues that we reported to the management team and they were addressed immediately. As a word to future renters, clean up your own mess and report any issue to the management.
They are great. We will most likely rent from Paradise again and again!!!! Thank yall So much!!!

Our large extended family loves to stay in this house. So many rooms for everyone to spread out, and the closest beach access imaginable. We have no complaints at all! This was our second stay in Ariola 1003, and I'm sure we'll be back for many more stays in the future.

This property was perfect for what our group needed. Three couples with their six kids took over the upstairs; lots of room! The other adults all enjoyed the four main floor bedrooms/baths. The large kitchen/eating area could accomodate everyone at the same time. We loved having two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a commercial size ice maker. The large pool/deck was thoroughly enjoyed every day and the uncrowded beach was only a two minute walk away. The few small concerns we had were promptly addressed by the maintenance personnel. We also appreciated having the trash bins moved to/from the street twice while we were there. This was a great accomodation for our large group!

We had a family reunion with 29 people and it fit us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the pool was warm, the beach was close and it was all very clean. The only thing that could have been better is if there was some sort of shade area down by the pool and better knives. Loved the ice machine and having two refrigerators.
FYI - you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels.

We had such a nice stay the week of Memorial Day 2023. The property was clean and well-maintained. We called about a few small issues and the response time was exceptional. The maintenance team was friendly and considerate.
We had 23 family members staying in the house. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities to host a large group. The ice machine and extra refrigerator was a must.
The pool and balconies provided plenty of outdoor space for everyone and we loved the convenience of the beach, just a short walk away. The wood part of the pool deck, gave us many splinters. That was really the only negative; but we had tweezers!
The Boardwalk is about 1mi. away, some walked it and others used Gopher Carts to travel back and forth.
Great family vacation! The Starfish House was good to us!

A group of friends rented this house and had such a good time. The home is very spacious and is great for a large group of adults due to the 11 rooms, many bathrooms, and large kitchen. The beach access is very close and we enjoyed sunning and swimming by day then retiring to the pool in the evening and making use of the grills for dinner. I don’t believe we have any significant complaints. We’re hoping to do this again next year! Thanks for a great weekend.

This property was amazing! This family weekend was a tremendous success due in part because of this beach house. I would recommend written instructions to operate the tv/cable boxes. We finally figure it out thanks to one of the wiz kids in the family. Check in and out could not have been any easier. The staff at PBH were very friendly and courteous. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

The house is nice and waswell equipped for us, a group of 13. House was in good shape, expect dinning room table and benches that were sticky but once we made them aware of the problem, it was taken care of. Bad varnish or stain caused the issue. As for the rest of the house it was in good shape. Pool is nice but a little cold this time of year, which it didn't cost do much to heat for the week, so we could us it. Differently will be back.

The house is right across the street from homes on the beach. The house was great! Very nicely decorated and furnished; it was super comfortable for our whole family with 22 people! The kitchen was awesome for cooking big family dinners. The table was a really nice size as well as the island. The table is sticky and does need to be refinished like other guests mentioned. The only other negative is that for $15,000 for a week they only left 1 roll of toilet paper and no laundry soap so when you are flying in those aren’t the type of things you want to purchase. We enjoyed our stay! The beach was an easy walk, the pool was great!

This is our 3 year coming to the starfish house and we enjoyed our stay in this big convenient home. It had r everything you need for a large group. We have already booked home again for next year . But I hope they update home it needs it badly. It's cleaned very good however alittle run down and price doesn't meet luxury you would expect. Still all in all w er really enjoyed our stay

The Starfish home was absolutely perfect for our large group of multiple families. We were in Pensacola beach for my daughter’s wedding. The home was close to everything. A few steps from the beach and a short drive to restaurants, my daughters wedding venue, and other activities. The pool area was huge! The house had plenty of space and was very well maintained. We never felt crowded and there was plenty of parking. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. I’m so happy I found this home!

Such a great house for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms, bathroom, and space to spread out...and we used every room! The kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, cups silverware, cookware, etc...all the important stuff for a large group to function. The two coffee pots make things great in the morning as well! The large capacity washing machine worked well for us. The proximity to the beach is perfect, just out the front door, across the street, and you're on the beach. Everyone enjoyed the front deck, looking out towards the gulf. One bathroom toilet handle broke the first day we arrive, but the management company had someone there immediately to fix it! Overall, it couldn't have been better. We would (and probably will!) rent this house again in a heartbeat. If you have a large group, don't hesitate to book Ariola 1003!

1003 Ariola Drive, It was excellent and everything was very nice, clean and well maintained. Joe Billingsly, General Mgr. and Paradise Home staff, went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant after the previous location did not provide the accommodations as expected. It was an enjoyable relaxing 30 days.

We absolutely LOVE our vacations at the Starfish House!! The location is amazing & space is plentiful. There are 2 things that would make the house absolutely perfect. First would be adding comfortable seating on the front porch. It has a long bench & 2 Adirondack chairs. The view from the porch is amazing & we spend a lot of time there enjoying the view & breeze. We don't want to "junk up" the front porch with our pop up beach chairs. I'd suggest taking away the uncomfortable bench & adding rocking chairs. That would make it an awesome place to relax & enjoy the view & breeze. The washer & dryer are small capacity. Adding a larger capacity washer & dryer would help tremendously with the volume of towels & clothing washed for 30 people. These 2 suggestions would complete the perfect beach house ��

We chose this home for an extended family Thanksgiving getaway. The home was perfect for 12 adults and 13 children, including an upstairs play area for the kids. With the pool heated, the beach just across the street and a playground a block away, there was something for all ages. The home was clean and cozy with tvs and bathrooms for all. The kitchen was amply stocked with enough cookware for all of our meals and a Thanksgiving feast. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely return.

Members of my organization put together a beach week offsite meeting at 1003 Ariola through Paradise Beach Homes.
The 11 bedroom house was clean and spacious - it fully accommodated our needs and everyone left the meeting looking forward to our next offsite (which will likely be a return visit).
The staff at PBH went out of their way to ensure our unique needs were met, as we weren't the typical vacationers. However, I would highly recommend their company for those considering a beach trip to Pensacola.

Everything was good at home as described in the pictures and details. Beach is next to the house and driveway is huge to park any number of cars. I am giving one star less as the pool heat system was broken when we rented and our kids were sad to not use a nice pool.They should have check the system periodically and make sure its working at least during the winter months. Management agreed to fix it next day but no one came for fixing.

Our beach vacation at 103 Ariola was all we were dreaming of. We have been coming for 4 years and we love our Ariola Street rentals. The weather was perfect to enjoy our beach time and the heated pool is so enjoyable when the gulf water is cold. Derek worked very hard and had our house welcoming for us. The walk around the corner to Easter mass is always wonderful. Our family filled a whole pew! We rated our vacation a 5 Star as it was awesome. The only negative comments would be floors were a little sticky in some places even after Dereck mopped them quite a few times. He cam back and did another pass with the mop and they were better. Kids in the house before us did a number on it. They also left a crack in a chair on the porch. When my niece sat in it the chair broke. We noticed the neighborhood is starting to get a bit crazy with all the high school kids renting the houses. There was a very large group in I think 1004 or 6, across left from us. They got loud and un-orderly. Walked the streets at night. We had a few really drunk boys come to our door attempting to come in thinking they were staying in our house. We picked up trash on the beach that was left after a large group of kids trashed the beach with their drinks and beers cans. We love the beach and don't want to lose the ability to have a beautiful place to take our kids to. But overall our Easter Family Vacation was absolutely wonderful. We love Derek and all the really nice and helpful ladies at the Paradise office. We hope to keep coming to see you for years to come. Our only real disappointment at the end of this trip was finding out that our house was already rented for next Easter! It is the perfect house for our family and we love it.

We had 6 families stay a week at this property and couldn't be happier with our experience. Even though we had 12 adults and 13 kids, it never felt like we were stepping on each others toes. It was a spacious and the location couldn’t be better. We would stay at the property again!

This property worked well for our large group providing private spaces. Heated Pool was a great alternative to the beach. Beach access was fantastic. Kitchen equipment was well stocked. Property could have been maintained and cleaned a bit better. More linens would have been nice too.Service before during and after from Management company and owner was excellent.

The house was very nice. We had small children that enjoyed the pool. Even though it was late November the weather was great. Just a short walk to the beach was a plus, also.the only problems we had were the coffee pot was broken and the oven is too small for doing much cooking. We had a great time.

The was a wonderful vacation house. Everything was well organized and in its place in the kitchen making it very easy to find and put back where it belongs. The house had awesome space for gathering the entire group in one setting and a dinning table that accommodated all 14 of us. The pool was wonderful and it was cleaned everyday. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. I would recommend this house to any family or group.

The Starfish house was absolutely perfect. We had our wedding reception here and most of our bridal party stayed with us in the house. We loved everything about our stay, the house was clean and there were tons of bedroom space for all of us to stay and we weren't on top of each other. The beach access was right across the street, which is where we had our ceremony, very convenient! Jodi was so helpful and accommodating with wedding preparations. Our day was just magical. The decking around the pool was perfect amount of space for us to set up tables for the reception and the tiki bar was perfect setup for our bartender. I have no complaints about our stay! We have already started discussing renting this again in the future. Awesome house!

Our group included 10 adults, and 16 high school cheerleaders. We were in Pensacola for a cheerleading competition at the Pensacola Bay Center. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. It is decorated perfectly for the beach. My only suggestion is that there needs to be a small lamp in two of the cubby rooms (they only had an overhead light). Would highly recommend for any large group or several families!

This house was absolutely perfect! My wife and I got married this past weekend and had somewhere for all of our friends to stay. We even had our reception underneath the house. They provided so many things you would need in a house, the kitchen was stocked with dishes, and there were more than enough towels for each guest. We will definitely be coming back to stay for anniversaries, vacations, and just to get away! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the starfish house with paradise beach homes.

Overall great experience. Fantastic location right across from public beach access. Obviously plenty of room for our 15 people. Only very minor inconveniences. When we called regarding rather dirty grills, two brand new grills arrived the following day! Thanks for a great stay.

We visited with our large extended family - Great Grandparent to Great Grand children. 27 of us in total. Great house, very well laid out, beautiful pool and easy access to the Gulf Beach or the Sound side of the island if you wanted very calm waters. Also wrote a review on with more details - we have been coming to the Pensacola Beach area for over 25 years. We have stayed in condos, townhomes as our family grew up and now our children have their own. This house was be best and we hope to be back soon.
And Paradise Beach Homes office was up for the task on Saturday - well staffed and made for a very smooth/quick check-in we have ever had.
