From the private balcony you have an outstanding view of the beautiful sunsets and twinkling lights of the Santa Rosa Sound. Directly behind the unit you will find Santa Rosa Dunes has an abundance of nicely maintained green space with lush landscaping, lined with Florida palms. At this home you will also have access to lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a huge Olympic sized swimming pool.

You will feel at home with the comfortable furnishings and coastal décor of this Santa Rosa Dunes unit. The building is elevated and there is a single story unit below. Down the hallway you will find a guest bedroom with one Queen, one Twin, and adjacent bath. In addition to the top of the line kitchen appliances you will feel right at home with the addition of a convenient electric grill located on the back deck of the home.

Santa Rosa Dunes is located less than a 5 minute drive from Casino Beach and the Boardwalk, where you will find the best shopping and dining options Pensacola Beach has to offer. No need to drive during the summer months, just hop on the free beach trolley! No visit is complete without a trip to historic Fort Pickens! Operational from 1834-1937, Fort Pickens was the largest of a group of fortifications designed to defend Pensacola Harbor.

The pristine white sands and sparkling emerald Gulf of Mexico waters are less than a 5 minute walk away. There is a beach walkover located directly across from Santa Rosa Dunes that leads you directly onto the shimmering white sand. Take a short 20-minute drive to downtown Pensacola and explore then endless activities for all ages! Your family will love a visit to the National Naval Aviation Museum or watching a US Navy Blue Angels practice.
