The 2028 square foot space features four (4) bedrooms and four(4) full bathrooms which are located on the second and third levels. The first level is your private 2 car garage that has keyless entry. This stunning home can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. If you are taking a family vacation to the beautiful area of Perdido Key, then this townhome is a perfect fit.

The master bedroom can be found on the third level of this spacious townhome and features a king size bed with an en-suite private bathroom with a glimpse of Gulf. There are two (2) additional bedrooms en-suite bathrooms on the third level; one with a king size bed and the other bedroom with two (2) sets of bunk beds, with one having a trundle bed, sleeps a total of 5. The second floor features a beautiful living area, a queen bedroom with bathroom and a deluxe kitchen completely stocked with everything you will need to cook with.
Also provided in the kitchen is an electric griddle and crock pot for all your cooking needs, as well as a gas grill on the patio downstairs. This Villa also contains a playpen for toddlers. All linens and towels are included in this townhome for your enjoyment.

Beach towels not included - Umbrella and Beach chairs are free at Beach clubhouse.

Boats, trailers, jet skis, bikes, etc. must be parked in private garage, three vehicle maximum. No parking on the street, please park in the driveway.
