The balcony is an ideal spot for morning coffee and also includes an outdoor dining table for alfresco meals. Speaking of mealtime, you'll find the full kitchen well-appointed with everything you need to easily handle home cooking. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials.

Things to Know
Starting May 6th until September 2nd, the roofs will be replaced for each building at the complex including the pool pavilion roof. This timeline may change due to weather and the availability of materials.
The private beach shuttle runs from November to May.
Beginning March 31, 2024, Bonita Bay's private beach park will be closed due to a renovation project that is slated to be completed by early 2025. The private beach shuttle will also be down for maintenance from March 31, 2024, until April 15, 2024. The shuttle will take guests to Lover's Key Park and Doc's Beach House instead during this renovation. This timeline may change due to weather, turtle nesting season, and/or availability of materials. The entrance fee for Lover's Key Park is only covered during this time if you take the shuttle.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
