The beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short walk away, while a little farther north, you'll find the shops and restaurants on historic Bridge Street. Being so close to the bay gives you access to many boat and fishing charters to enjoy the island waters in style! Catch a ride with the island bus service and head south to enjoy Coquina Beach. Nearby you'll also find Leffis Key, an island nature reserve and tidal habitat. There you can enjoy various trails and boardwalks. Across the Cortez Bridge, you'll find authentic island dining at many excellent seafood restaurants.

Pool heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 28 years of age to book. Guests under 28 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
