Great trip...stayed 4 days/3 nights at this condo. Location can't be beat as it's only steps from the beach and you don't need to cross any roads to get there which is great for my young kids. Also the newly opened bar on the beach was great for food / drinks. The condo did show normal wear and tear for a rental, but was clean.

Check-in was easy and friendly. Unit was clean and int he perfect location. Kitchen could have been better stocked but really it wasn't a problem. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and happy.

Great stay, right on the beach! Everything was clean and stocked just like we would expect it. In unit washer and dryer was useful. Easy check in and out. Would rent again. One tip for the hosts ... could we get a second or third mirror? The only mirror is in the bathroom. It is the beach but we still want to look good.

The condo was nice. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. The deck furniture was very nice. The only problem I had was the neighbors with their dog. It would come over and P all over the deck so then they proceeded to put their furniture to blockade their dog on their side because we did complain to them that their dog was over here peeing I did not feel like I wanted to sit there in smell their dog pee

It was very clean great location, loved being able to walk straight to the beach! Only thing I was upset with, one of the Tv in the bedroom did not work at all so my Grandaughter had no tv the room we stayed in worked and the living room. This needs to be addressed!

Unit was smaller then it looked in pictures.seen 3 roaches didn't have a TV in 1 of bedrooms. You share your patio with next door neighbors

This property is not pet friendly would not recommend this vacation rental to anyone the resection was absolutely awful and rude with no comparison had the most horrible time to register and enjoy my vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at sandpiper cove. The condo was very nice. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen gear and extra linens for the beds and pullout sofa. The deck was very spacious. It was awesome to be so close to the water- literally just a few steps to the walkway bridge leading to the beach and gulf. The view from the deck was also fabulous! It was a great place for our family vacation and we will definitely return!

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean. Just a bit tight but we not there for the room. Great easy walk to the Sand Trap and beach. Great porch!!! Easy to relax on the enjoy the morning n evening views

Tammy, Sales Manager, spent time talking with me about unit 1118 and my disappointment. She was very cordial and also came by the unit to inspect my complaints. She created goodwill with someone whose family has been coming to the Sandpiper for 30 years. I requested a reduction in the charges by $600, plus the security refund of $200.
The bedrooms were very small.The closest was cluttered. The door window was broken and could not be opened.The furniture was dull and overcrowded the family room. The bathroom was very small and the vanity was worthless. No security bars in shower for seniors. Kitchen utensils were inadequate. In short, not up to Sandpiper standards. Would never use this unit again. Will use Sandpiper again. Eugene Davis

We spent three nights in this condo. It was clean and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed. The staff were accommodating and friendly.
The condo is right on the beach. We couldn't have picked a better unit. It was absolutely beautiful sitting on the deck watching and hearing the Gulf.
We would definitely stay here again.

Sandpiper Cove rental office easy to work with. Unit Unit was smaller then photos indicated and it needed updates. Too large of furniture for room sizes. Review format did not really let us give it a numerical rating.

The property was exactly how it was described. Everything was super clean and organized. We loved waking up in the morning and watching the sun rise from the patio. We did the dolphin tour. We recommend going to Bric and Brac on Friday night for live music and great atmosphere. I will come back next year.

We paid quite a bit $3000 for this unit #1118 (with all extraneous fees, resort fee, etc.) because of it's easy beach access. The beautiful deck was what made this unit palatable. The pictures make this unit seem large, however, it is quite small. I can't imagine SIX people sleeping here. We had four. The bedrooms had queen beds and you had to turn sideways to get between bed and dresser. Amenities said DVD player...there was no DVD player. Remotes for the two TVs in this unit had corroded batteries in them. Batteries had opened up and leaked inside. Had to have these fixed/replaced. Internet password given at check-in was incorrect. Maintenance had to come take care of that situation as well, hooking us up to different access point. Cockroaches in the kitchen one morning, which I caught under a glass. Took a photo.

Great little condominium. Excellent location. Very sparse on the amenities. Four towels, no extra trash bags, one roll of toilet paper, no paper towels. Just not what I expected for the price. Extremely small bathroom and bedrooms. When I went to check in, they noticed I had booked through VRBO. They told me to just call them directly next time and book through them. That I would avoid a $200 booking fee and would pay less. That I would have saved $500 if I had just called them directly. They charge you a $225 clean up fee as well, but there is a list of "check out" items you have to do, so I think the clean up fee is a little steep. I had a great vacation but will definitely look a little more before booking something so expensive. I don't think this one is quite worth the money.

We booked both units to have 3 bedrooms. One unit was updated and one was not, but the reason we booked both was for the Amazing patio. Perfect location, right on the beach. Minutes to marina.

The property was not clean - dog hair under the furniture, curtains and corners. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Hairs in the tub,sink and side of toilet Screen door leaning against the wall of another unit. Overall, not the standards I have enjoyed in the past.

My husband praised me after seeing the place that I booked online coz this place is just a step away from the beach. When we step in the condo everything we need is in there and we don’t have to worry about anything except bringing our own groceries of course. Overall , I am so glad that this is what I got coz all the attractions are so close to this condo. I will definitely recommend this place.

Sand Piper Cover was overall a perfect vacation place as we do not like the high tower settings. Your location is also perfect. You are removed yet in the centor of all retail
I will say it was a little disturbing to find out you do not have locked back doors, only to find out from the front desk that this was commonplace. That proved a little uncomfortable.

It was great and relaxing. It has been several years since I stayed at Sand Piper Cove. The steps and porches need repair work.
