Everything about our stay was great. The location of the condo, the cleanliness of the place, the comfort of the place. Everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice,clean updated condo. The only downfall was we weren't expecting to have to purchase our own toliet paper(after what was there ran out). We Also we had to take our 4 towels to the laundry facility daily between 9 and 4 to exchange them for clean ones. One of our outlets in the kitchen didn't work and they never came to fix it.
The pools and hot tubs were nice. The beach was a short walk away. The description says private beach, but it is lined with chairs that different condo places and owners purchased. Our condo owner did not purchase chairs, so it was very hard to find a spot on the beach for the kids to play, close to the water.
Over all it was a nice vacation

The suite is a studio suite, with a king size bed. . It is very nicely decorated and updated with shiplap and a lovely very large shower stall. Corion countertop with an extended counter with 4 counter stools. The unit was very clean and most of all the appliances a person would need, except for a kettle. And the toaster should definitely be replaced. The only complaint was that a rep of the owner came by when she heard there was a problem and said the counter electrical plug would be fixed within the week and that didn’t happen while we were there. It was quite inconvenient as we had to plug the toaster and our own kettle into the plug on the floor.

This was a great rental. We loved the short walk to the beach and the location of the property as it was close to everything in any direction.

We rented this place for our honeymoon stay and it was accommodating- however several things such as the sewage smell ay night, the televisions freezing constantly, and complaining front desk on top of the being told we could have a late checkout on arrival then not being able to and rushing out of our condo was not pleasant to deal with.
Overall, will stay here again bur will have a checklist of things needed to be checked on before we settle in

This is my 2nd year staying in that unit and it’s the best my daughter enjoyed it so much she didn’t want to leave... only thing I didn’t like was the sewage smell out I couldn’t enjoy my patio how I wanted because of that other then that I give this property a 9/10��

Short walk to the beach and also close to heated pool and hot tubs. Easy parking behind the unit and very pet friendly. Water taxi provides convenient service to the Destin Harbor Walk.

This unit was perfect location to the beach and not far from front office. Condo was so close to all the restaurants, stores, attractions. Bathroom def could use some TLC, rusted trash can & toilet paper holder, condensation around vent. Kitchen trashcan was broken. Other than that, it had all we needed for our stay and was clean. I also loved having a pool right in front of us (my son really loved that) Beach rental guys were VERY rude. I know they aren't apart of the condo, but it was really off putting.

This unit is located on the top floor of a building located near the entrance of the community across the street from the private beach access. The stairs and patio could use some maintenance. The AC had a hard time keeping up unit cold despite keeping all doors and black out curtains closed. I would have liked to enjoyed the views but keeping it cool was more important. The unit was nicely decorated and had more space than I anticipated in a studio. Overall enjoyed the stay.

I loved the bed, very comfortable, not a murphy bed as its a real bed. TV was large. Nice tile shower. Would prefer a spray shower head. Good size closet.Laundry & pool just across parking lot. Love the floors and decor. Great spot for pups. Very clean. Several stairs though as 2nd floor unit. Would like complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and larger bar soaps. Needs more silverware pieces. Love the black out curtains. Balcony is a great space. Front desk extremely nice & helpful. Security nice with guard gate for entry.

This cute little condo is in the perfect location! Very short and easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to the boardwalk and nice restaurants. The entire place is extremely pet friendly with plenty of space to walk your pup. We will definitely be staying here in the future!

Sandpiper Cove is awesome. We love everything about it. We love the location, security of manned entrance 24/7, super easy beach access with Rick's beach bar and grill (Awesome Prices!) with clean restrooms. Louisiana Lagniappe, one of the best Restaurants in Destin,is on the property, the water Taxi picks up at the SC Marina, and the staff in the office is exceptional! My wife and I have stayed all along the Emerald Coast and this is our go to place!

We loved staying at SCC. It was VERY nice and clean. Close walk to the beach. The laundry room directly across from our room. Would highly recommend staying there. And you are so close to restaurants and Silver Sands. ��

Great location. Unit was clean. The pool near our unit was very clean . I had a hard time locking the door when we were leaving. My husband had to lock it. The bed was to soft for my husband I. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early because of a tropical storm.

We loved our stay here! The unit was just big enough for our family of four (2 adults & 2 teens). It was very clean & comfortable. We loved the location & that the private beach was just a short walk away. My husband & son had a great time on the well kept ‘chip & putt’ 9 hole golf course. We will definitely be staying here again!

Loved this upgraded condo, bed was nice, the bathroom was beautiful! Our favorite condo we have stayed at so far! Only negative was the water heater is small, so showers had to be quick.. we absolutely will stay at this place again! Loved it❤️

We had such a good time at Sandpiper Cove!! My husband and I brought our two small dogs with us and we loved getting to walk them around the property! 8250 was a studio condo but it had plenty of room for all four of us. We did not feel crowded at all and loved that this studio had a stationary bed and not a murphy bed like most of the others. The condo was very clean and had cute interior! Since we visited right in the height of COVID, we felt very safe and appreciated the precautions that were taken. The guards at the gate all wore masks and we had a maintenance employee visit to change out the battery of our keyless entry and he wore a mask and gloves and we saw him dispose of the gloves right after he left. We had such a good time that we plan on making this a yearly trip!

Very cute condos! We were across the street from the beach but the property has its own gated private sidewalk to beach, beachside food and drink, very nice restaurant on property, the pool in front our our condo could use some updating and more chairs/tables but we really enjoyed our stay staff was so nice as well

I've been bringing my family to Sandpiper Cove for nearly 20 years and were pleasantly surprised to find this condo - it is, by far, the nicest studio we've ever rented on the property! This unit is beautiful, comfortable and very clean - I honestly can't even critique one thing about the unit. The entire place is in great condition, updated, and exactly the way all rentals should be. There are several luxurious touches - the nicely tiled shower, the super plush bed with equally superb linens, the nicely lined blackout curtains, the Ninja blender that whips up Pina Coladas in a jiffy. Not a single detail was overlooked when furnishing this property - the other unit owners need to take a look at this and step up their standards bc this unit sets the standard. Proof that small doesn't mean lower quality!

Cute condo! Will stay again. I understand it’s a pet friendly unit...however the spare blanket in the closet was covered in dog hair. (To the point it was floating around everywhere & getting on the food I prepared.) While some do enjoy their pets...I think it should also be taken into consideration that some do not enjoy having pet hair all over everything.

We had a great stay at our rental, and Sandpiper Cove in General. This particular rental is close to the main gate, right across from a swimming pool and laundry room, and an extremely close walk to the beach! We loved everything about our stay here and will be back!

Only down side was there were not separate rooms and no washer and dryer in rooms , but they do have them on the property. , we still loved it and would come back!

We loved the unit we stayed in. The property was awesome, however, we spelled septic every time we walked out the front door and could not enjoy the balcony due to the smell. Main couch with pull out sleeper is a bit worn out, other than that the place was great.

This location is perfect, everything you could ask to do or need is within blocks. We loved the private beach with food and drinks steps away. My only concern was as a pet friendly unit, it is on the second floor and not easy access to take pooch out for potty breaks. Overall, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.
