I loved my patio unit (am ocean/white sand views, 20 yard walk to white sand!) The location is great.....Jenna at the front office is awesome.
It was also nice having your chairs and umbrella set up for when you arrived to the beach.

We've stayed in 4 different properties managed by Destin Realty. Coral Reef Club is our most recent and it measured up quite nicely. The staff were friendly and the young man (Chase?) putting up umbrellas & beach chairs was very nice and accomodating. The condo space was clean, comfortable, had the same amentities we have come to expect. Just a few thoughts about Unit#9 in particular: needs a nightlight provided for the hallway. Its pitch-dark at night and when stumbling to the hallway bathroom, a nightlight would be nice. The electrical outlets overall are old and "loose" and need to be replaced with new 'guts'. Confusing wall switches trying to figure out which was kitchen lights, hall lights, ceiling fan, etc. Not really in any logical order.
These are such small details compared to how much we enjoy staying right on the beach with the services Destin Realty provides! 100% would recommend.

This was our 4th year staying at the Coral Reef Club. We love the complex and the beautiful beach. We have already booked for 2 weeks next year

We have always loved staying at Coral Reef and this time was no different. We highly recommend this location (and especially this unit) to anyone. I would suggest considering using a Keurig instead of a full coffee pot as it is very wasteful to purchase such a large amount of filters at the store just to throw them away when we are done. Or possibly supply filters in the condo.

We have stayed at this property 6 or 8 times over the last 10 years. Some units are better than others (its and older facility). Housekeeping is great but new property manager was very rude. We rented 3 units and had some family arrive early and they were treated very poorly by the manager. She treated them like they were loitering and told them they had to leave. The prior manager was wonderful and would never talk to guests this way. Other items of note, there was some broken glass just under the edge of the refrigerator, not a huge deal but we did have some toddlers with us, and it was somewhat concerning. Furnishings vary by unit, some have better cooking equipment, cookware, plates, appliances, etc. Last thing, prices have been on a steep rise over the years. We usually stay Saturday to Saturday (8 days, 7 nights) during the first week of June. Our last stay was June 4 - June 11, 2022, in a first-floor unit, a similar week and unit for 2023 has increased more than $1,000 per week. Unfortunately, we have to look elsewhere as the pricing is no longer within our budget for our growing family. Otherwise, my wife and I love this facility and it's location but it is hard to recommend to friends and family going forward.

Condo was clean cool and comfortable! The King bed was super comfortable. The condo kitchen was stocked very well. The ice maker water dispenser on the fridge was very handy. The couch was big oversized and comfortable. The views were indescribably PERFECT! We love love love Coral Reef Club and WILL BE BACK!

Had a great time. Easy check in and out. Good location! Master bed had foam topper that was not too comfortable. Kitchen did not have regular drinking glasses, but plenty other types.

Perfect view and access to beach and ocean!
Loved our patio porch along with chairs and umbrellas provided on the beach each morning! Great location near shopping and restaurants.

The owner of this condo needs to spend some money on this unit. Dirty drapes, dangerous area rug, filthy carpet in bedroom, too much clutter in general. Nothing to get you started—I.e., dish soap or salt and pepper. There were small bars of soap. We’ve been going to the Coral Reef for years and are always pleased. This was not pleasant!

Everything was perfect except for our patio was under construction with some tile work (luckily we still able to use it) and construction crews took majority of the parking lot so we had to use the auxiliary lot. It would’ve made more since yo have construction crews use the auxiliary lot for the customers.
