My mother and I traveled to Destin this past July and stayed in unit #26. This will be approximately my 28th trip to Destin. We met my brother’s family there, and we all stayed at the Coral Reef Club. Our very first family trip to Destin was in 1996 and included a stay at the Coral Reef Club as well. Unit #26 was absolutely perfect for my mom and I. The condo was immaculate. We were greeted with music which we both enjoyed very much, and the room was filled with an amazing scent. It was a very pleasant scent and not overwhelming. I am all about cleanliness so this was an added bonus for me. Beach access wasn’t difficult for my mom who is 81, and the elevator was convenient as well. The accommodations were so nice and brought back precious memories from our first stay so many years ago. Upon entering the condo and seeing the view, my mother cried happy tears. This brought my heart joy. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

View was great, you are right there on the beach. The staff were very nice. It felt like we were right in the middle of everything, only a 5 minute drive to most things.

We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed our family vacation. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Everything we needed was provided, and the home was well maintained.
The check-in and check-out process was simple, and the management company was professional and responsive throughout our stay. Our family created many wonderful memories here, and we would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Destin.

This has been our fifth visit to Coral Reef Club. It has been a wonderful experience each time. The staff are over the top. Karen,Julie, and Jenna Adkins are absolutely the sweetest and most caring host I have ever experienced. Without a doubt, they make the Club a five star event. I already booked unit 26 for next year!

the rental was nice and clean. We like the smaller location so the beach isn't crowded. We also like being right on the beach. the cost is alittle more than I think it was worth. This was the third time we have stayed at this location and we will likely stay again.

Coral Reef Club #26 is an excellent place to rent. Nicely appointed, and it appears to have been recently renovated. Very clean, always air-conditioned, and it smells fresh. Comfortable bed and very quiet room. Large refrigerator in the main room, spacious dining table, big TV, and comfortable (newer) couch. Great view from the balcony. If you're lucky with your neighbors above, it's very quiet as it's away from the main street and the pool. Plenty of parking spots (close to the building or across the street). The beach is just a short distance away. Alex will set free chairs and an umbrella for you. You can bring your chairs and umbrella and put them behind the spot reserved for you. Office personnel are very professional and helpful. The hallways, elevator, and grounds are well-maintained. I did not check the pool. I will for sure return to this property. Having come to Destin for over 25 years, this is so far the best place I've stayed with my wife.

We had a wonderful week at Coral Reef #26. It’s a beautiful condo and the best location in Destin! The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and even had boogie boards and extra beach chairs! I hope to bring my 3 kids and their families back to Coral Reef next year!

This was my wife and my 12th year staying at Coral Reef Club. Really a great place on the Gulf.We walk everyday several times and love that it is next to Henderson Beach State Park. Quiet,clean and well equipped condos.Staff are friendly and professional and ready to help if needed. Beautiful views,close to restaurants and shopping. The chairs and beach umbrella setups everyday is great.We've stayed in many different units over the 12 years and have never been disappointed with any of them.
We'll be back for our 13th in 2025.

Location and management were great. The unit and grounds were clean. However, unit 26 needs to update their appliances and mattresses. The sofa bed was the most comfortable bed, it seemed new. . All other mattresses are old and full of dents. One of the twin mattress was so old it hurts to lay on it. All the appliances are so noisy. They work, but barely.
The kitchen was fully stocked.
Beach service was super friendly, but they remove everything way too early. They start removing stuff at 3pm!!! I believe we should have chairs and umbrella at least until 6pm. They start removing at 3 and by 5 is all gone!!! I didn’t like that at all. Bring your own chairs and umbrella if you like to sit at the beach past 3pm.

I come to the Coral Reef Club 3 to 4 times a year. This unit is one of the nicest I have stayed in. It is very clean and well-decorated, with good appliances. Next time I will ask for Unit 26.

We stayed for 8 weeks. Management is wonderful! The view from condo can’t be matched! Location is just perfect. Our only complaint was the furniture. Both couch and chair needed replaced. King size bed was a bit uncomfortable as well. But, the kitchen was well stocked.

As always it’s a fantastic location. We had two units and they Both had what we needed. We missed a doormat, LOT of sand& wet in the hallway . And the kitchen could have been better equipped. But as I Said. The location is great.

Views are the best! The rooms are up to date and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.the beach chairs and umbrellas are a very nice touch. We have stayed here eight or nine different times.

The unit was disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom, hair in the shower, the couches were severally stained, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the unit was extremely out dated. It’s like it hasn’t been renovated in decades. Beach access was nice though. However, I will never recommend anyone staying here.

I was very disappointed with the staff. When you are traveling some accommodations are needed. Some guest show up early and some late. Being considerate to your earlier arrivals should be taken. The building is very run down. For $1,300 for two nights the property should be in great condition. The unit was clean and fine but the building was very dissatisfying. The beach was great which saved it all. My tips : don’t charge such high rates when the property is run down and be more considerate to your guests who come early due to flights. Perhaps a place to store luggage or change into suits to go to the beach. Holiday in had better accommodations and customer service. It’s about the overall experience. The full time beach boy was great!! He was accommodating and considerate! He should get a raise !

Beautiful location directly on beach, but desperately needs new flooring (the carpet is so dirty and coming loose- LVP would be a great choice!) and new living room furniture as it quite worn and dirty. Obviously the pictures online are when they first bought the condo. The owners would do well to update this unit and then would highly recommend!

Great beachfront location, but your unit/condo can make or break your vacation stay in terms of comfort. We have stayed at Coral Reef for our family vacations for years. We've stayed in some nice units and some not-so-nice units.
However, unit #26 certainly needs updating. The kitchen appliances need upgrading. Stove burners were uneven and didn't lay flat. The coffee maker did not work, pots and pans were old and inexpensive, which caused the food to cook unevenly and burn quickly. We had a few issues with the bathrooms, but they took care of it right away once reported to property management.
On a positive note, we love the private beach and its beautiful views. The attractions, restaurants, and shopping were convenient as well.

We had a great time and made lots of family memories. Coral Reef Club is our favorite place to call our home away from home. We mainly just relaxed and stayed at the condo. We did enjoy some meals out to AJ's,The Crab Trap, Merlins Pizza and Pedro's and of course walking around the Harbour Walk. The Staff is always so pleasant and willing to help out if needed. Thanks again for always making our trip a very memorable and relaxing time.
