Excellent beachside location. The property was very clean, but oddly laid out. Jack & Jill bathrooms were tiny. Upstairs bedrooms offered no privacy. Fine for close family, but even though we are close, I would prefer to find another place next time.

Great location. Fantastic condo. Condo is wonderful - only criticism is mattress in master bedroom is very soft. Cannot stress enough that having high seating on balcony to view the beach without looking through bars is fabulous! Had a wonderful stay and kudos to the condo owner and the staff at Coral Reef for making that possible.

We were very pleased with our 1 week stay at Coral Reef Club unit 46. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and the condo was clean and tastefully decorated. All employees we encountered were helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again!

Our 10th year plus coming to this beautiful place ! The staff is always gracious and the rooms spotless . The beach in fridge my of the unit has less traffic than others .. our family loves it .. we rent two units and bring our children and grand children in lieu of gifts throughout the year ‘ ��

The A/C upstairs does not work. This is our 7th year to stay, every year in a different unit and this was by far the worst. We called about the A/C and maintenance came out but we’re unable to correct the situation. I had a party of 8 all sleeping on bunks and couches downstairs because the heat upstairs was unbearable. In addition, I had to wash all of the silverware upon arrival as multiple pieces had food on them. The plumbing is also an issue and not only in this unit. The maintenance in the complex is really going downhill.

We've stayed at Coral Reef condos for our summer vacation six times since 2012. Updates have been made to this soecific unit since the last time we were in it in 2017. The master bedroom flooring has been replaced, all three bathrooms have been renovated, crown molding has been added, and the first floor shower/tub has been upgraded. We enjoyed our stay, hut there are a couple items that need attention: 1.) the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It actually needed to be replaced when we were last in this unit 5 years ago. The mattress severely caves in the middle and provides very little support. 2.) The lighting in the washing machine room is very dim. 3.) The criling in the washing machine room needs to be painted.

First of all, the property management team was very nice and accommodating- Quick to replace a ceiling fan and mail back a left item. The outside property needed some attention as there were large holes in walls and ceilings. Unit 46 is a nice unit but needs to be updated. Old dirty carpet, furniture was also dirty and flat worn out. The location is perfect! Only steps to the sand and chair set ups were great! Landscaping around property was beautiful! I wish the owners of 46 would give the unit the respect it deserves! I would stay at Coral Reef again but not unit 46.

Good location , great view , family friendly,but the only thing I did not like is the sofa, chairs and recliner. They need to be changed now . I did not feel comfortable and felt that they are dirty .

This was our second time staying in this unit. The kitchen countertop space. However, the couch needed to be replaced years ago.
The office and beach boy were amazing! Great customer service.
