We stayed at DejaVu cottage and it was absolutely beautiful. It had a very cozy atmosphere which was light and bright; we loved the decor of the entire place. It had every accommodation that could have been needed without being overdone. It was extremely clean and organized, which made it very relaxing. Having a front deck along with a deck and fenced in backyard was nice to have the option of being in or out of the sun or wind. The outdoor spaces were once again very clean and well kept, with still having a real sense of privacy. We liked that there was a large capacity washer and dryer; both being so quiet that we could hardly hear them running. The DejaVu cottage was just around the corner from the boardwalk that went out to the pool areas and gorgeous beach. The infinity pool looking out over the gulf was amazing and the hot tub was kept at a perfect temperature. Everything about our stay was so perfect ... the gated community was so quiet and peaceful, the beach, restaurants and shopping close by, all very convenient so we could relax and spend our time enjoying all that was offered. Megan was so wonderful and asked that we contact her if we needed anything. We very much appreciated her thoughtfulness and kindness, we want to give her a huge thank you for seeing to it that we had the BEST TIME, which we did. We didn’t want to leave, and we want to go back again and again.

Don't get me wrong, the rental is as beautiful and great as ALL of the rentals in Destin Pointe, we have been renting properties here for many many years. The main problem is all the changes that have happened.Rentals used to come with beach chairs, that's not the case anymore. That's fine, most have their own supply of chairs and beach items you can borrow and use.Not the case anymore either. What's the point of paying as much as we do to stay in these beautiful properties, if your cant enjoy the beautiful beach? I mean, you can, but for $150 MORE per day. Unless you drive with all your own stuff (we did not), it just sucks.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin Pointe!! Our beach house was the perfect location for our family, and stocked with everything we needed. With two under 4, we loved having two beaches and multiple pools within walking distance and accessible for our beach wagon loaded with all the necessary pool and beach accessories! We were also within 5-10 minutes of the main strip for all food and entertainment. We will definitely be booking again for our next beach vacation!

The place was clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and pools! I would definitely stay there again. Communication was also super easy and they had everything we needed for our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Deja Vu. Great location in Destin Pointe with access to the gulf side and harbor beaches a short walk away. The property was clean upon arrival and had every amenity that we needed for the week. The included beach setup, bikes and other included activities were a big plus! Will definitely be returning next year!

It was our first visit to Destin Pointe and Deja Vu did not disappoint! The house was perfect for 4 adults. The house was very clean and well stocked. The chairs and umbrella at the beach were perfect, we used them everyday as we did the bikes and the pickleball court. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Destin Pointe in the future. The only thing I'd suggest changing with Deja Vu is the front door lock, it's wonky and could be cumbersome to unlock/lock. It really needs to be changed out. We had a very minor issue on the day we checked and the property manager took care of it immediately and was super friendly.

Deja Vu is a cute home that met our needs. The inside of the home was mostly nice. There were a few areas that could use some attention. The outside of the home was ok. The front porch floor was sticky and dirty. The. Backyard was overgrown and not maintained well. It looked as though the home needed annual/seasonal maintenance.

Great private location with access to the beach and harbor. Updated home with modern amenities. Really enjoyed this location and will plan to return next year! Do not hesitate, book today! Everything was as described.

Lots of construction and noise. The yard was a mess, including dog poop. Outside of house needs a paint job, and shutters need repair. Location will be compromised if the park across the street gets developed.

My teenage children and I felt very welcomed by the ambiance of the home, neighborhood, and management. Our stay included picture perfect Destin days of sunshine and clear emerald water. August is such a wonderful time to visit. We were provided with complementary cruiser bikes and beach-up. We enjoyed both community pools day and night. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated in a modern way while the rest of the cottage is decorated with both contemporary and antique treasures.
