Destin Beach Club #101

Stayed here the last few yrs and love the location and beach access. Would recommend to anyone!!

I am a repeat customer who comes here every year. Fantastic location and beach staff!!! The property is deteriorating, several things in the room were broken (coffee pot, ice maker, etc) and kitchen supplies were limited. Several years ago, I had no complaints. It's time for management to invest a little in the property. Front office staff was condescending and rude during check out.

Couldn't ask for anything easier and enjoyable with the location and the ease of this property. Ive stayed at a high rise condo for many years and find that this place assesability to the condo and from the condo to the beach made life much easier with our group. Highly recommend A++++

This is the perfect place to stay. Not a high rise so there are not thousands of crazy guests dominating the property. This is a hidden jewel.

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing time at Destin Beach Club. We’ve stayed there before so checked there first when we decided to go with just 2 weeks notice. It did not disappoint. It’s in a great location and close to the water.we have already made reservations to return in October.

We love Destin Beach Club and have stayed many times there. This last time we stayed in 101. We had stayed in this exact unit a couple of years ago and were happy. However, when we went in April of this year nothing has been done to this condo. It was very run down and needs a lot of work. Also, the shower fixtures broke apart and we had to call someone to come and fix it. An older gentleman came and pulled the pipes out and said that he had temporarily fixed the problem enough so we could shower. When my daughter began showering, after about 3-4 minutes, we noticed water pouring across the floor. The kitchen, hallway and part of the living room flooded very quickly. Needles to say, it was a mess.
Eventually, they got it figured out but the wet , dirty carpet was a pain and we spent our last night at the beach dealing with this. We won’t return, which makes me sad.

Great place. Check in and out was super easy. I ordered no rain and they delivered. Super awesome! Also it was very clean and a nice 72oF inside.

We have visited the Destin Beach Club before and love staying here. It is right on the beach and small enough to enjoy peace and quiet with family and loved ones. There are restaurants you can walk to from the beach, or drive to grocery stores, Walmart, etc. and local attractions like Harborwalk Village, go-karts, putt putt golf, shopping, Henderson Beach Park.
We love the condos we've stayed at and usually they are well kept, clean, and stocked with many amenities. This particular condo could use a refresher as some items are deteriorating such as baseboards, ceiling, paint, flooring, carpet, furniture, etc. We also had to run an entire dishwasher load of utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware on our first night because they were very dirty with food. The floors were also very dirty upon our check-in. Housekeeping did a re-mop the next day at our request. All other aspects of our stay were amazing as expected.

The queen bed was terrible and very small. My wife and I where miserable in it for 9 days. Furniture was outdated and old. The location is great and the only reason to stay there.
