The unit was clean with that wonderful distinct fresh smell when entering.
The furnishings were fine. The sofa was not very firm. The shower leaked out onto the floor due to the shower curtain rod nonfunctional. That bath floor was beginning to show signs of water damage because of that. Tub was very slow draining, but maintenance was fast to take care of that. He also fixed two electrical outlets that did not work.
Overall, the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Having the pool on the beach side is a plus. The pool and all outdoor areas were very clean. It's a great place to relax and wind down with family and friends.

Fabulous & Relaxing... Best experience I've had for several years. My first walk-in stay was in 2006. Love DBC, Jeff, Bill, Heather & entire staff. Wonderful team of experts who love their work. The owners should be very proud to have that staff. The environment is heavenly. I cry every time I leave DBC. THANK YOU..!!!!

Family had a great time! Only two negatives. Our unit did not have any grilling tools- (metal spatula, metal tongs) with long handles are needed. Most importantly, the bedroom bed is in desperate need of a new mattress. (Very uncomfortable). I have stayed here often and this bed I really needs an upgrade.

I do not have one bad word to say about this place. It's clean, so close to beach (with chairs and umbrellas) and pool. The beach restaurants were amazing. Can't wait to come back next year !

I really don’t want to let people know how wonderful this little hidden gem is. I want it to be available the next time we want to book��. We met several others that week that are returning customers that just bragged about how nice and quiet this property is. I’ve stayed in many places in this area but this one is now on top of my list.

Beautiful facility. Very clean. Very friendly. Easy access to beautiful beach which is why we choose this facility. Everything worked with nice supply of kitchenware. Bring your own toilet paper we didn't know. Unfortunately it stormed 2 days. 3rd morning of checkout we asked for a late check out because it was finally sunny (checkout 10am). We were told cleaning crew would leave and not come back so they couldn't accommodate us. Pool and hot tub were super clean and nice but only open from 9am to 9pm. Outdoor pool with indoor hot tub...would have been nice to use hot tub later while storming. Would stay again.

The best experience ever. We have stayed on 113 for many years. It is the best location. It is near the pool, patio,and grill. And a nice view.

We love staying here. The location is perfect, and the beach and pool isn’t crowded being a smaller condominium. Recommend this place to everyone I know. Family friendly! We come here every year!

It was a beautiful condo. Just what we wanted. Love that the daily beach chairs and umbrella was included. Our only suggestion is a better mattress on the king bed. Decorated tastefully. Very clean!��

Great location for a great vacation. Our location by the pool was nice, except for the smoking area right next to it and in front of our condo. Wish they would put the smokers in an area in the parking lot. View was a bit blocked by the pool but for the accessibility to the pool it was a good trade off. Plus the pool was so pretty lit up at night!
