I found exactly what I wanted and needed. Condo was quiet, clean and comfortable. Right on the beach, I relaxed on the balcony and listened to the calming sounds of the ocean. Sitting in the reserved chairs under the umbrella was perfect to enjoy the sun. The heated pool was clean and a perfect size for a few laps. Already planning for next year! It might be nice to include a throw; to cuddle up on the sofa.

It was great, the condo and the facilities are all you can ask for , clean ,quiet and safe. Easy access to go any where. That unit needs a new mattress. See you next year .

Beautiful location. Living room nicely decorated. Couch is broken down without support, it needs to be replaced. Unit could have been cleaner upon arrival, new vacuum needed for floors. Stove could use replacement, coils don’t fit stove. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Destin Realty was a lifesaver!
We had reservations to stay at another location in PCB. The location was filthy and not at all as expected when booking. The hotel offered us a refund, which was perfect. However, it was 4:45 pm on a Sunday. The first thought I had was to call Destin Realty, as we have stayed at one of their properties in the past, with hopes that 1. the office was open and would answer the phone and 2. they had something available for the week.
The lady I spoke to was super helpful at a very stressful time. We were not able to book at the property that we were familiar with but she found a unit at a different location, which was just as good if not better. I wish I knew her name to recognize her but I did not. She transferred me to Ava, who works in the office at Destin Beach Club. She too was super helpful. I can not thank her enough as I am pretty sure this was not a common situation. She was scheduled to get off at 5:00 but was able to get the contract and everything put together for us so that it was all completed when we arrived.
The unit was extremely nice. The décor, colors and furnishings were my style, all the way. I appreciated the quality of the drapes too, especially in the bedroom. The room darkening was a nice touch. The unit was well furnished and we could not have asked for more! Yes, I could live there :)
Thank you Destin Realty and Ava for turning a bad experience into a very positive one.

This is the second time we stay here and I cannot complain about anything. The staff are very nice and helpful. The place is clean and has everything you need. I will be staying here again in the future.

Our family of 4 enjoyed this condo in June 22. The condo is nicely decorated and well appointed with kitchen extras. I love the location, great beach view and for us it does not overlook the pool so you don't have the pool noise during the day etc. We enjoy Destin Beach Club because it is a smaller property and that makes the beach way less crowded and more enjoyable - it really is fabulous!

Stay was great. Had a cable issue at first but they got it fixed. Mostly through out the stay we smelled a cigarette smell in condo. Left our medicine and they are shipping it back!

We have rented property in the same area in the past. Excellent location for restaurants,shipping and other attractions! Unobstructed beautiful beach view!

Wonderful time with family we have been coming to Destin Beach Club for years our oldest grandchild is twenty nine his mother was young when we started coming here. We feel at home here.

I will never book this condo again it was filthy and disgusting and if they use the same housekeepers for every condo in their building then we will no longer be staying there. We typically stay there twice a year.
