We had an amazing beach vacation. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed. We love smaller rental locations, so this was perfect. We saw both dolphins and stingrays from the room and the ocean.

I have been here several times before and was very pleased. The chair service fellow was wonderful. The grounds are still well maintained. This unit was sub par at best. It needs a redo, especially the kitchen. Seriously.

Loved waking up to the beach view each day. Loved the convenience of having our dress beach area set up each day. The location of the resort was very convenient for shopping and recreation across the street.

Great place to stay. Clean and well maintained condo on the beach. Wonderful view and location. Two things to note for future guest. The hot and cold for the shower and kitchen sink are reversed. It does work but it’s reversed. The only thing I would have preferred is taller chairs for the balcony so you can see over the rail to get the view without having to look through the handrail.

The best thing about this place is the location! In the actual unit everything is very cheap, which isn’t uncommon for condo’s but some updated dish wear; more coffee mugs & new pillows and couch could go a long way. While making dinner the strainer was cracked with out me noticing and half out dinner ended up down the sink. Fish soap and a complimentary spong would have been nice. When they say bear minimum essentials they mean it!! Would like to see improvements for that!

The sofa and chair are worn out! Had to sit on a pillow to be comfortable on the sofa. The master bed was not very comfortable either The grounds are kept up but need new furniture in 206

We always had been exceptionally satisfied with the Destin Beach Club. This trip was just OK. Our unit DID NOT have a washer and dryer, which we were not aware of. The toilet was not functioning properlly and as far as we know, the maintanance man never came to look at or fix. I messed with ir several times and finally it began to function properly. We ran out of towels and wash cloths due to no washer/dryer. When I requested more I was told the intial set up was all that was available unless I paid an additional fee for more towels. We will stay there again but I will be better informed. We had stayed here multiple times before and never had any surprises. These were surpises.

All the condos have a view of the gulf from the balcony, and the beach is literally steps away.
