We have stayed at Destin Beach Club 3 times now. The property is amazing, well kept, and you can not beat the location. The property is only 3 floors so the umbrellas and the beach chairs are minimal and it’s not very crowded. This unit 309 is newly renovated and we knew that because we stayed in 308 last year during the renovation and we were excited the condo was available. The condo is beautiful but there were some hiccups during our stay. The very first issue was the bathtub had no water pressure at all, maintenance tried to fix it but was unable to so our two bathroom turned into 1.5 quick. The dryer was not working properly as well but they were able to fix it for us. The toaster also did not work (you had to hold it down while toasting) I’m not sure what was wrong with the master bed but it was very uncomfortable and the sides of the bed were higher than the middle so you rolled to the middle of the bed and were not able to sleep on the edge. We still had a great time, but we would choose a different condo.

My husband and I stayed here 4 years ago for the first time and fell in love! My parents live here n Pensacola and we always make trip to Destin and stay at the Destin Beach Club. I love everything about it . It's clean has everything you need, and right in front of the beach.

We loved this unit. This was our 3rd stay in this complex and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to stay here. We have been very happy with the location and the beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am ready to come and enjoy again.

The view was great! The unit was clean and we enjoyed the furniture in the unit. Only downside was the extended 2nd floor balcony. If you have a party group down there your balcony is unsuable. Great thing is the heated pool, quick walk to the beach and quick response to any issues you have in the unit. All told a very comfortable spot! We plan on coming back next Feb to this comfortable building.

This was our first time to Destin and I must say, Destin lived up to the hype. The property is older but it was a great place and great location. The front desk staff were wonderful.
The views were stunning. We saw dolphins every morning. The beach and water were unbelievable, must see.
The kitchen was well stocked. The master bed was very comfortable.
The condo needs some updating and repairs like the mirrored closet doors in the master bath needs replaced as the track is rusted. The pocket doors to the master bedroom were broken when we checked in but we called the front desk and they did a quick fix.
Would definitely recommend this location and condo.

We checked in on a Friday and other than a mysterious substance stuck to the floor in the Master bath (resolved with gloves and bleach wipes), our place was clean and smelled wonderful upon check in. The grounds and beach were well kept. The staff was friendly. The view from our balcony was amazing. We were able to chose whether we wanted to go out or stay in and eat...and that was pretty awesome. Looking forward to coming back.

Everything was great, as usual. Housekeeping was extremely helpful in replacing damaged items and maintenance fixed an ongoing problem.

I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable, well kept, and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The beach access and beachfront umbrella/chair setups were so nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a bedroom door that was off track when we arrived and it was repaired almost immediately. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay. We hope to return.

I loved our experience with Destin Beach Club. We stayed in 309. I have stayed at Destin Beach Club 5 time and enjoyied the experience each time.And 309 condo was the best of them all.

It was great, except for the king size mattress that should be changed. The owners should leave some instructions for the dishwasher, it was not clear how to use it.
