Beauuuutiful right on the beach setting. Very friendly guests and love Jen at the front desk! Pool was nice and warm and clean. Staff was very accommodating with requests. Will stay again!! 1 month snowbirds stay

We enjoyed our stay. All staff members were courteous and helpful. Condo 315 was clean and in good condition. Only issue was the reading light on the lower bunk could not be turned off. We will try to return again next year. We also recommend the location to friends.

We always love staying at the Destin Beach Club for its location, convenience, ease to check in / check out, daily beach chair and umbrella setup, and a designated beach supervisor, the ocean front pool, convenient parking, walking distance to the Back Porch restaurant, and an available elevator. On site maintenance if needed is available very quickly, and the property is maintained very well Our unit 315 is nice but needs upgraded furniture as it’s showing a little wear and tear. Otherwise, as always, an enjoyable stay. We’ve been coming to this facility twice a year for over 5 straight years, and hopefully for 5 more!

The furniture needs to be replaced. Bed sinks down in 2 spots and there is no moving, couch is the same way, mattress in couch is terrible, chair in living room is all torn up. Other than that the rental is ok. Would not stay in unit 315 again until changes were made

Both toilets were broken in 315. Maintenance attempted to fix them but couldn’t. Both toilets need to be replaced. Pull out sofa mattress was so uncomfortable the our kids refused to sleep on it. We ended up moving to another unit. Thank goodness a better one was available or we would have moved to a different condo/resort.

Was Pretty Satified.. rented for 3 Nights our name did not get added to the beach chairs to be set up.. condo was clean and nice.. the kitchen sink leaked however.. but overall was a wonderful weekend!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was good except my only suggestion would be to replace the carpet, couch, and red leather chair in the living room. You can tell they are worn down and definitely need to be replaced. Most condo’s only have carpet in the bedrooms if anywhere, but this carpet needs to go ASAP! It felt very grimy and dirty! However, we loved the helpful staff, conveniences, and private beach area! We will be back!

Great location. The barstools need replacing as 3 of the 4 were wobbly and not fit for anyone to sit on. Maintenance did come and tightened them but they became wobbly again. I would recommend not having carpet but that is the owner choice.
The hall down to the pool/beach smelled of cigarette smoke as the room beside the hall would smoke outside in the patio chairs. The cigarette smell would hit you at the gate as you entered the number to enter. It seemed like there was always someone out there smoking every time we went to the pool or beach. As nonsmokers and with a toddler this was very displeasing.

The rental units are attractively furnished with a wonderful view of the beach. There are many attractions nearby along with an abundance of fine restaurants.

In last 20 yrs we have vacationed in Destin 12 times. All other stays have been at Coral Reef Club where we have always had 5 star stays! Although staff were GREAT at Destin Beach Club unit 315 is in serious need of a full rehab, needs remodeling. Can recommend Club as whole but CANNOT recommend unit 315!!!
