Had a wonderful vacation in Destin for the week. We have stayed at Destin Seafarer before, just not this unit. The unit was very nice, clean & updated,like the pictures showed and couldn't have been happier. Everything about Seafarer we love, location, covered parking, chairs & umbrella included in stayed is added bonus as well. Office on site if needed, will definitely come back again..

We were incredibly happy with our stay at the Seafarer. The location couldn't be beat. Just steps to the beach with clean, smooth, cool surfaces all the way there and back.
The building was incredibly clean, and appeared to be well maintained.
In unit 107, we had only the smallest of complaints:
1. The TVs were difficult to use, and were not equipped with access to any streaming platforms. The unit has a DVD and a VHS player (wow!)... but doesn't have any movies on site. The remotes were difficult to understand. And the main TV had an accessibility narrator that we couldn't figure out how to turn off.
2. The bed was squeaky, and lumpy... but the pillows and bedding were nice enough. The pull out couch was VERY uncomfortable, and didn't come with properly fitting bedding.
3. Parking in the garage was a bit of a struggle (we drove a Toyota Highlander), but there were a few angled spots out front that were easy to get in and out of, if you were lucky enough to grab one. I imagine during peak busy season, this would be even more difficult.
All-in-all, it was one of our favorite places we've stayed. We'll be trying out different rooms at this location for our future trips to Destin, in hopes we can find the best of these wonderful little condos.

Everything was nice but the mattress needs to be replaced. One side is lower than the other. The beach was beautiful and the condo worked great. For 2 people it worked perfectly except for the mattress.

Wonderful Staff, perfect location, have stayed at this property multiple times. Would recommend. Unit was clean and comfortable. Always have a fantastic stay.

Overall, a very nice condo. However, a few things still need attention. The washer/dryer combo needs to be replaced. It took hours, instead of one hour to dry two beach towels. The dryer filter is rusted and partially eaten away. When we got there, the AC was making a "wheezing" sound. After maintenance changed the filter( which was really dirty), the noise went away. In addition, the handle on the kitchen faucet kept falling off if you moved the handle a certain way. Maintenance was notified of this, as well.

Mattress very uncomfortable and a/c unit n bedroom barely worked. Very hot and uncomfortable in master bedroom. Otherwise. Wonderful place to stay

We love staying at Seafarer. We have stayed in multiple units. They have been clean and inviting. Well appointed with comfortable furniture. The beach access is right there-just a few steps away. Anytime we will come to Destin in the future, we plan to stay at Seafarer!

We had a great experience at the Seafarer. I love how cozy it felt and being steps from the beach was great! Staff was friendly and the parking garage was very convenient! We enjoyed getting to swim in the pool also! We had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

The positive about this place is that it is a smaller 2 story building so the beach area was not crowded at all. Plenty of space and not sitting on top of others on a crowded beach was awesome! This condo is clearly older with some remodeling. It smelled really musty all week. The sofas also smelled dirty and musty. We also had a leak on the 3rd day right above the toilet in the bathroom. It started late evening and got worse as the night progressed so we didn't get to call maintenance until the next morning. Office is supposed to open at 9 but no one answered until 9:30. The girl said someone would come check within the hour. 2 hours later still no one, so we went by the office. She said the maintenance guy had to leave property but would be back soon. I also asked if he could take a look at the dryer as it was making loud rattling noises when it was running. We left to do some shopping and came back around 4:00. Had not heard anything from the office so we went by there again. She said that they fixed it and discovered that the leak was coming from the toilet in the unit above us. Gross! They never fixed the dryer either. Honestly, I would not recommend this condo for rental. We paid almost $3000 for 7 nights, so I don't really think it was worth it for the condition of the condo. Again, the only positive was the non-crowded beach area. Would not stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was great! The bed and couches were super comfy and loved the porch furniture for eating breakfast! Love the tall seats to be able to see over the railing. The shower provided great water pressure as well. Love that it is so close to the Back Porch restaurant.
