The room was neat & clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of kitchen items to use for cooking & meals. Plenty of towels & blankets, coat hangers & toys to take to beach. Comfortable balcony chairs. View was gorgeous! Loved private beach & beach chairs.

Good. A/c is extremely cold! Only issues where the Electric plugs would make lights flicker and one of sinks in the master didn’t drain. The master shower bottom was gray which didn’t seems very clean, same with top of shower in the tile. The bath tub was not functional as well. Fans had dust caked them, same with hair dryers. No soap to wash dishes. These are minor issues and we’ve stayed at seafarer since I was a teen, I understand Things happen, this did not effect our stay at all! We will be back! The Location and views are everything worth it! The girl in the office is so pleasant!

Our stay at the Destin Seafarer was quite lovely. The location and overall size of the Seafarer was perfect for my liking, 2 floors with the second floor being 2 story units, which we were in. We saw dolphins and schools of fish daily from our balconies into the beautifully clear, water. Our condo's private beach was pristine and uncluttered. We had chairs and umbrellas set up for each unit daily (included with unit). The unit was very nice. The location is, quietly, off of the main drag and has a lovely restaurant two doors down. Shopping for anything is a 7 minute drive away. Overall, no complaints. Details, the unit is somewhat dated; there were some items that require attention i.e.: upstairs bath, toilet occasionally ran, sink stopper not attached, second story balcony furniture looked very dirty. Downstairs, dining chair seat cracked and weak, cupboard door always ajar, ceiling fan missing low speed, coffee carafe had a visible crack but didn’t leak (yet). Nothing was a show-stopper, but for the cost it could have been issue free. As a whole, I would definitely pick the Destin Seafarer for my next Destin Florida vacation!

We love Seafarer! We did stay this time in 214 and I cannot recommend this condo! Needs so many updates! Couches are so uncomfortable, bathroom upstairs was not clean! Perfect view and location but 214 needs a complete makeover!

The overall property was in a good shape; the unit I stayed in was not.
214 needs a lot of work. The stairs were uneven and were quite treacherous to walk down. The bath fixtures are in need of replacement and the walls need to have the cracks fixed. The cracked walls, rusted floor vents, stained bathroom tiles and extremely low water pressure in the shower made the place feel very dilapidated. The air conditioning worked, however it couldn't be adjusted. The upstairs bedroom was so cold I had to sleep with a sweatshirt on. I was unable to adjust the temperature the entire stay.

Destin is a great place to stay, but watch out for the local traffic. The weather was great along with the seafood dining.We loved the beach.

Always a great time staying at the Seafarer. Love that our walk to beach is short. Staff, especially Sammy, are so helpful and friendly. Condos are nice. So many great restaurants close by. Can't wait to book our next trip! Also, the big maintenance project turned out really nice.

We always love the Seafarer. This was our first time in this unit. It needs some updates and new furniture in the living room. The rest of the property and Sammie in the office are amazing!!!

Great Rental Unit! There were 2 couples in the 2 Bedroom and it worked perfectly. 100 yards from the Back Porch Restaurant. Our 4th time visiting Destin.

This unit needs a lot of work. The bathrooms were not very clean when we checked in but the management took care of that immediately. Shower door in down stairs bathroom is not anchored to the frame. It is dangerous. The vertical blinds upstairs and downstairs have multiple missing slates—-they need to be replaced. The upstairs air conditioner can not keep the room cool without using additional fans. I will say the management was very helpful and tried to address the problems they could address. This place needs the carpet replaced it is filthy. Cleaning won’t help. This unit is ideal in location but needs some TLC. We have stayed at Seafarer for 10 years and were unable to get the unit we usually stay in. We will not be renting 214 again.

Unit was out dated and the AC went out on our 3rd day in the unit. The rental company got someone out quickly but AC was not easy fix. Maintenance guy called manager and got us another unit. Much smaller and only 1 bathroom but more updated.

Our vacation stay at the seafarer is always amazing. This was our 7th year and it never disappoints. They have most of what you need. Only needs more toilet paper and some dish soap but other than that we are always so happy to be there. Unfortunately it’s our last due to the cost of the condo rising every year. We will miss it greatly:(

Great beach and location. I loved the pool and the spa. The condo has old decor and many things like the blinds are broken and the flooring especially the carpet needs replacing. The carpet is dirty. 5 of the vertical blinds we’re missing so the bedroom is not private and light shines through. The front door does not work properly. Broken tiles on floor. But it has a great location and the pool chairs have been updated and nice. The pool decking should be replaced and is looking old. I would stay here again just not this condo unless it’s repaired.

Chairs on upper balcony need replaced
Second level front patio not very inviting with no furniture and old ac unit still sitting there rusting away.
Had trouble with ice maker.second attempt to repair took care of the problem.

We enjoyed our stay at Seafarer. Friendly staff. The best thing about the condo is the view/location. We were in unit 214. The unit is older and does need updating however we would stay again.

Main level balcony & view.
Overall cleanliness of main level.
Front office helpful.
What we didn't like about #214
Bathtub almost completely stopped up.
Mash did come and remedy problem.
Entrance light burned out.
Mash tried to replace, none in stock.
Down stairs toilet seat entirely TOO cheap.
Caulk job around tub needs redone, doesn't leak
but looks horrible. Back sliding shower door
not on bottom rail.
Overall we were satisfied with lower floor.
Can not rate upper level, other couple stayed
up there.
