A great stay at the beach, close to everything but also privately tucked away.

This is our third time staying in 109. We love the location and being on the first floor is convenient for unloading car. Pool is steps away from balcony.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Condo was very nice, comfortable and clean. The best beach EVER! Pool temp was perfect. I didn’t play pickle ball this year but it was fun to watch and maybe I’ll try next time. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Alex!

From the moment we checked in and the young lady was so kind as to compliment my hair throughout the whole stay the staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and convenient and beautiful!!!

Holiday Surf and Racquet is the classic beach experience. We love the property, tennis courts and grassy area for our three wild boys to play in. The location to the jetties makes each beach day an adventure. Holiday Surf has become our family tradition for the past 25 years.

Upon arrival we stayed in 203 for the first half of our stay, but due to construction noise we asked to be moved.(unit beside us was experiencing a complete renovation)
The staff was helpful and accommodating, we subsequently moved into 109.
109 is a nice unit and in a convenient location.
It does however lack a few items such as serving bowls and trays and lamps
in the living room and bed room.

Very clean nicely decorated can park just steps from your front door, steps to the pool and beach. Only negative is that there was minimal items in kitchen no baking pans only 2 kitchen towels only 1 extra blanket no extra pillows. There is no washer dryer in condo but knew that from description utilized complex washer and dryers. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Great stay as usual. We usually come in November or December. This is our first visit in October. Too many people and families. (Fall break). We will not come in October anymore. Only November and December so we can have the beach to ourselves ��

We always love coming to Holiday Surf and Raquet. The beach is right out of your door, everyone is so nice and the condo was perfect.

Room was for the most part in good shape
Good location and perfect for our stay
I would recommend Holiday Surf and Racket Club as a good place to stay
Pool was in good shape and centrally located and we were right on the beach which was everything we were looking for for our stay
The few things wrong with our room were cosmetic,two pieces of the sliding door
Shade where missing, the towel rack on the patio was laying on the ground and the toilet was to small,but thank God for the pool bathroom which I used for most of the stay. It was large with full sized toilets and showers and being on the ground floor perfect for our uses

Condo Rental #109. Unit needs updating all around. Still 1980’s decor and amenities. Unit is on first floor which is convenient but noise is a factor but no beach scenery. Renters need to supply basic supplies. There was no hair drier, curtains were broken and the pots and pans supplied were mismatched and missing parts. Had a great time. Condos have great access to the beach and conveniently located to shops and surrounding town. Would come back but maybe a different condo. One that was updated and had a view of the beach.

While the condo was clean and the location was perfect, there were some issues that we observed.
First, the patio furniture, at our condo, was shabby and cheap plastic from a discount store. They had stains on the chairs and there were only three chairs. There was no towel rack to hang towels outside, it was broken on the floor of the patio. We asked maintenance to hang it, but that did not happen during our 6 day stay. Also, many of the electrical outlets in the condo did not work. There was a plastic protective cover on the corner of the kitchen leading down the hallway that was hanging off of the wall. Overall, our stay was favorable, with only the slight maintenance issues listed above. We would recommend this property and the location due to the cleanliness, service and amenities that were provided.

When we arrived it was at 7pm. We was very tired from the 12 hour driving trip. But I found our room very nice, clean and comfortable. We was just outside from the pool. We never was bothered from the noise of people in the pool. I liked that we could go out to the pool, or go a little further to the ocean. I appreciated that we had found the blue folder showing us the attractions that was close by our room, hotel. We had a fun 7 days there. And that was in spite of two of our party had to go to the urgent care with strep. The people at the urgent care was very helpful and we did not have to wait a long time to be seen and diagnosed. Went to the Walmart for the prescription. In all, everything was really great and we are considering a trip back next year. It rained most days, but it didn't last all day. So we did go to the beach 5 out of 7 days. We did do the attractions when it rained. Worked out very well.

Enjoyed our stay except for the storm and air condition not working . Several items in the kitchen not working. Needs to be painted and uodated
