We had the best vacation! The condo was very clean and in the PERFECT location. Just a few steps from both the beach and the pool. Wayne helped us check in late at night when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. will definitely stay here again!

Condo 120 was absolutely perfect! The bed was comfy. The shower was great. The setup of the entire place was good. Everything we needed was provided. Would not have changed a thing. Will definitely return in the future.

We had a very relaxing trip. The bed could be much better. It sags on the right side pretty bad. The sofa was just okay. Overall it was superb and the water pressure the best ever. ��

This place was perfect. Everything was super clean, and there were so many details that made our stay pleasant and convenient. This was our first time here and we will absolutely be back. I can’t say enough great things about this property.

Celebrated our 10th anniversary in the same room we were in on our wedding trip! The room had been completely renovated, and was wonderful.

This rental is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Beautiful inside with all the amenities you need. The bed and pull out are wxtremwly comfortable with memory foam mattress. My husband loved the adjustable bed. Dont pass this one up!
The only recommendation is to bring extra bath towels as the towel exchange is Tuesday and Friday's. I gave 4 stars for the properties general condition as several washing machines were broken, the coin exchange was also broke and the front desk would not give change.

I really enjoyed this condo. It was very spacious and clean with nice furniture. The shower pressure was fabulous (although it’d be nice to have a spot to hang stuff inside the shower...and with only one shower door, you get all wet when you turn on the water to let it heat up)! I loved all the organization in the closet and lots of cabinet space. Would’ve liked to have a cabinet for food and more towels. It was myself, my husband and our toddler and 4 towels was not enough! It would’ve been nice for the place to have a coffee table or some rugs, we couldn’t get the sand off us the entire time we were there, even with the broom/swifter that was left in the closet. We had terrible phone service with Verizon and the wifi wasn’t good enough to stream in 1080 when we watched movies at night. Overall, the location was excellent, very close to the beach, nice furniture and a well stocked kitchen. It wasn’t too crowded, but they stopped reserving beach chairs for each room and we had to be out on the beach pretty early to get a spot.

Our unit was exceptional—attractive and appeared newly renovated. I would have preferred more light in the bedroom but everything was very nice. The front desk were delightful and helpful. It was a most relaxing vacation for us.

We arrived to the condo and the staff were very welcoming. We got our information and went to our condo. The lock on the door was sticking, so we called the front office and they gave us a key. You barely have to push the door in so the lock wouldn’t get stuck. The inside of the condo is very updated. Super cute and cozy. The bed is comfortable, but it’s two singles put together, so there is a gap between you and your partner. The view from the floor isn’t as pretty, but being ground level is worth it. The harbor was just a 10 minute drive from the condo! The beach isn’t overly touristy. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

My wife and I love Holiday Surf and Racquet club. Located right on the beach and free beach setup. This room is very nice and looks just like the pictures. Everything looks brand new. You don’t have the ocean view that the upper floors have but you can go right out the back of the condo and be right on the beach before anyone above you could get to the ground floor. Only thing I would change about this condo is the bed. While it it comfortable it is 2 singles pushed together to make a king and they would come apart while laying on the bed and you would have to get up to push them back together. Otherwise awesome place

Overall our experience was good. The check In process was quick and simple. Our room was on the ground floor which was very convenient for us. The room had been recently renovated so was clean. The beach is about a one minute walk away from the room as is the swimming pool. The beach Is a private one with not that many people. My complaints would be that there was a lot of sea weed in the water, even though our kids did not seem to mind it.

This was our 14th year at HSRC. We love it here. Stayed in 120 this year. While it’s very beautiful and modern it could use some ‘warming up.’ Felt very dark. Loved the adjustable base bed, very comfortable. Could definitely use some area rugs. Kitchen is lacking in some basic items. Overall very nice.

Great location. Clean and modern/stylish space. Very convenient access to the beach. Awesome dining options nearby. Be sure to note which days you can do linen & towel exchange, though.
