Magnolia House 504 at Destin Pointe Resort

I have stayed at this location several times. This condo was in mint condition. We had great views and a short walk to the beach. I have stayed at plenty of of other locations and these condos are the best. You dont have to cross the road to get to the beach. You are close to the jetties where you can walk to see dolphins, turtles, and sometimes manatees. Fishing is better here as well. Security onsite so we always feel safe. Very safe place for families. Cant think of anything they can improve on. Three pools to pick from. Bikes. Gym

Lovely condo community which exceeded our expectations. Beautiful sunsets and views off the gulf, pass and bay. The kids enjoyed all three pools and the beach access. Took advantage of the boat shuttle to Harbor Village which was an added bonus. We had six condos at Magnolia House and they all were exceptional and very inviting which made us feel right at home.

The vacation rental experience was great. We liked the location and were surprised that the condo was in a gated community. Even with all of the holiday traffic, we were able to drive to several restaurants fairly quickly. The Infiniti pool was nice, with a view of the ocean. The condo has 2 elevators but only 1 was working at the time but this was the only minor issue.

This condo was perfect for our stay, close to beaches and restaurants. The view was even better than in the pictures, and the entire complex was pleasantly quite. Would definitely stay here again.

Our condo, Magnolia House 504 was wonderful(second time to rent this unit)!! It had everything we needed with beautiful view of the pass. Great beach access and 3 pools nearby!!

Everything about my stay in the Destin Pointe community was excellent, from the beautiful decor and ammenities of our condo unit at Magnolia House, to the lush grounds and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained, and tucked away from the traffic of the nearby highway. The last time I stayed in Destin Pointe was in 1995 and this visit was every bit as enjoyable as my last one. I would highly recommend Destin Point to anyone looking for exceptional accomodations on a gulf vacation in Destin.

We’ve been spending Spring Break in Magnolia House for 35 years!
We love everything about Destin Pointe, and we wouldn’t even think of staying elsewhere. Our stay this year in 504 was great. 504 is absolutely beautiful! Thank you for maintaining such a special property.
...And that new infinity pool—spectacular! Can’t wait to return!

The condo was very clean. Pools were very close and nice. The one elevator was broken during our stay, so long waits for up and down with just one elevator. The shuttle was down for 4 of the 7 days we were there. I would go back again but it was small for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Our spring break vacation could not have had a more comfortable place to relax. The view is stunning and the unit we stayed in was very well stocked. I have stayed in many places that are not well equipped in the kitchen, this was not one of those. I was very impressed and able to cook anything I wanted.
