The rental was in a good quiet location with a short walk to the beach.

We drive from Texas to Florida every summer. This is our 2nd stay in this condo as we stayed in this one last year as well. We love this condo. We love the canal view. This condo is very spacious with good sleeping arrangements. Parking arrangements is a plus on this unit as well.Sandpiper Cove is our favorite and only place to stay
when visiting Florida. You cannot go wrong with unit 4214.

This unit is adorable and in the perfect place. It is super cutely decorated and clean. The rooms were spacious and it was very quiet on the canal. Being on the canal next to the dock were we could load up and unload the pontoon boat was extremely convenient. No wet body and towels in my car!!! We will be back!! Thank you for making our time awesome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in our harbor view unit. We had our dogs with us and the community had plenty of relief stations and great places to walk them.

We stayed in one of the units on the canal with trailer parking underneath our room. That really worked out well for us. The room was clean and more than enough room for all of us.

We arrived early after 8 hours of travel and were allowed to check into our condo a couple of hours early. The condo was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were firm but very comfortable. We enjoyed feeding fish in the canal from the balcony. We had a short walk to the beach, but it was a safe and easy route. Our teenage girls enjoyed the pool nearby, which has an 8 or 8 1/2 foot depth. It was very clean as well. The pool, restaurant, golf course, and tennis courts were all in very close proximity. For two moms with two teenage daughters, we felt safe throughout our entire stay. Check out was as simple as clicking on an email link upon departure. This was a safe, clean, family friendly condo. I do not have even one negative comment. We will definitely stay at this specific condo again when we come back to Destin.

Loved the location in the canal. Set out in the morning and watched the boats coming and going and the fish in the water. The condo is within 5 minute walk to the beach. Loved having our own parking underneath. My only complaint with the condo would be the steps but we knew that going in. If older family members or small kids you may want to take that into consideration. Condo was very clean. Lots of space.

Stairway & railings going to our rental 4214 was full of bugs, should of been swept down. Stove top silver liners on burners need to be replaced, filthy. Baseboards & doors need to be whipped down. Carpet in both bedrooms & living room have stains. I would not stay in this condo again, I would stay at Sandpiper Cove in another condo.

We stayed at this property 3 years ago, and really love that the kids can have their own room. Love the view from the deck. Wish the deck had a table or two so we could eat breakfast or dinner while enjoying the view. The property was clean as always, though the furniture is becoming worn. The master bedroom dresser has drawers that need extra care when using.

Wonderful time with our friends! Had plenty of room for all five of us. The puppies enjoyed it too! So easy to have your boat right downstairs for trips around the harbor. The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. We will be booking this one again!

Sandpiper Cove was a wonderful place to stay during your vacation. We enjoyed having a unit on the water with a dock to accommodate our boat. If you don’t want the hubbub of gridlock traffic and full restaurants don’t go to Destin on Memorial Day weekend.

We love this unit for our winter get away. The kitchen is well equipped and love the floor plan. Full size laundry room & washer/dryer is a plus. We do use the larger bedroom & would love the king bed but its in the smaller bedroom.

We have stayed at Sandpiper for many years. We have yet to have a bad experience. The only thing I would change is the availability to have open exhaust boats that have captains choice allowed to stay. Think Sandpiper is losing money not allowing.

This is the 2nd year I have stayed at a condo at SandPiperCove and once again I was not disappointed...this condo was clean and comfortable and also overlooks the canal. A perfect place to stay and not too far from the pools or the ocean.

Overall the unit was nice. If your wanting to cook, the unit has several skillets but only one medium pot. The unit could use an actual set of pots. The cleanliness of the unit was good; however the carpet must be the original because it was stained and needs to be replaced. This unit had recently be painted and some of the furnishings updated. One of closets was locked and the other was full of old bedding, lamps etc from the update so in one room there was no closet space. I love the location and overall property. I would recommend looking at other units on the property before choosing this one; however it does sleep 8 and that was the selling point for us. I would stay here again if I could not reserve another unit. Finally, the lighting underneath the units needs immediate attention. It is very dark and none of the lights would even come on. If you wanted to sit under the unit on the canal at your boat you couldn't because you couldn't see anything.

The ptoperty was nice and clean. The condo was spacious. The check in staff were extremely helpfull. The guards at arrival at the gate were very rude. Parking was bad being we had 4 cars and a boat trailer but they finally accommodated. Nice location and we rented a wet slip which was very accomidating for the boat, taking out the boat every day was easy. The canal is narrow though so if boats are on both sides you have to back in your boat. We come every year and cant wait till next year!
