Sterling Sands is conveniently located off Highway 98, within walking distance of several popular restaurants such as the Back Porch and the Pancakery. For groceries and supplies, there are plenty of options within a short drive including Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. And when you've gotten your fill of the beach, head over to Big Kahunas Water & Adventure Park, just up the road.

Free beach service is included with your stay (two chairs and one umbrella). One set-up per day. In order to redeem, please give the beach attendant your room number. You do not need any additional passes.
This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
