The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.

This unit offers tiled floors in the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom and also offers a private balcony located off of the living room and the main bedroom. This unit has a very warm and welcoming decor. This one bedroom coastline unit offers a large balcony with breathtaking sunset views. This unit is perfect for a small family or a couple. It offers a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.
