Great rental - steps away from the beach. Having a personal shower downstairs after the beach was game changing with kids! We will be back.

We had a nice stay regardless of the beach conditions. The house floor plan is good. Outdoor living space and beach access was really the primary reason for my choice to stay there. Floors could’ve been a little cleaner and house could use a few updates. Sandpiper is furnished nicely though. Staff was very responsive to my text questions after check in! Very helpful. We’ll definitely be considering rental for a future trip.

What a perfect beach home away from home! Only steps to the beautiful beach. The Sandpiper just as the pictures show..the house was easy to find and once we walked inside it was like being nice, clean, comfy beds and furniture, lots of kitchen utensils for making meals. Great place.
Enjoyed long walks on the oh so soft sandy beach.. just beautiful!
I honestly would have stayed for a month�� Loved it!

My daughters and I stayed in the Sandpiper for spring break. It’s a short, close walk to the beach, the beds are comfortable and the storage room with wagon, beach accessories and kids toys was appreciated. We enjoyed the downstairs entertainment area with bed swing and tv. The complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms was very thoughtful. It was perfect for the four of us. The kitchen was stocked well and the inside was clean. Only issue I had was having to lock the front door from the outside and coming in the side door at night. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandpiper. The amenities were up to date, comfortable and clean. We did not have any maintenance issues, and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place! We have a toddler and a dog and it was a super easy walk to the beach with a beautiful view.

Our family loved staying at Sandpiper. The house was comfortable and well decorated. There was space for us to spread out, relax, hang out on the front deck. Beds were comfortable and the swing on the lower level was great!
Just a short walk to the beach. Far quieter Gulf Shores - but the beach itself was every bit as nice.

We loved the proximity to the quiet beach. It was nice being away from the hustle of the larger complexes. The house was just right for our family - 3 adults and 2 kids (6&3). We loved that the sand shower had hot water!

Overall, it was a good place to stay. I wished there had been extra covers since it was a cold time of the year to be there and that the sofa bed mattress cover was in better shape. Only saw one dead cockroach the entire time we were there. I loved being able to communicate with the property manager via text.

This was a great house for my family for the weekend. The kitchen is well stocked with tools, there’s a beautiful view from the deck of the Gulf. The bedrooms are comfortable and so was the living room. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Sandpiper was a great vacation rental. We will definitely stay again. My only complaint is there wasn't a reliable grill to use. In the photos there appeared to be a gas grill, but there was only a small charcoal grill on the premises. I don't feel comfortable using a charcoal grill at the beach because of the wind and embers. Other than the grill, the house was wonderful! Great location and I loved that I could have my pet with me.

We had a great time and we’re grateful to the hosts but we had a few problems. First the HVAC system wasn’t working so we slept in a house that was 64 degrees the night we got in. Then the sewage outside was overflowing with toilet paper and made the property smell. We also found giant clumps of black dog hair in every room. When we moved the draft would blow it around. Sometimes this can’t be helped but the last night we had a cockroach literally sitting on the headboard above us. We also washed the comforter because it was not washed before we got there and it was the only blanket besides sheets on the bed. With Covid and being pregnant, we couldn’t risk the germs.

Overall everything was great. The location was away from the city business. Lots of area to walk, ride bikes. Great view from the porch even tho not directly on the beach. Decor was nice, lots of kitchen tools for cooking. Previous renters did not clean dishes well, not property fault. Bikes were great but tires did not hold the air, let the property know. Loved the outdoor living space. We plan to stay here again. oh and when the tv remotes didnt work they were quick to respond.

My family of 5 had a perfect time at this beach house over my daughter’s fall break. It is very close to the beach (walking distance.). The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Only downfall was didn’t know to bring cleaning supplies, like for countertops, but Target delivers to that area so was able to get groceries without having to go to the store. All in all I can’t wait to go back!

This home was As-Advertised. We appreciated that it wasn’t oversold, and we were able to prepare accordingly for our trip. The area is somewhat isolated from large crowds and multi-family accommodations, so the location is ideal during COVID times. We were able to walk to the beach in about 90 seconds. The home worked great for us - 4 adults, 2 children and 2 infants. The added space under the home with couches and a TV was fantastic. Some finishes and furniture are cheap quality, so we were extra mindful of our children not breaking anything. Overall, we would highly recommend this home and location to anyone looking for a quiet, isolated getaway within steps of the gulf.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper. Only 30 yards from the beach access. Beach was not crowded and everyone social distanced. The house was as advertised. Worked well for us. The couple of issues we ran into the property folks jumped on quickly. They were great to work with. We will be back for sure.

We were fortunate enough to stumble across Sandpiper in Ft Morgan when looking for a place to escape to for a week at the beach this summer. We have been coming to the Alabama gulf coast for over 30 years. We found our new favorite place! Sandpiper is a beautiful home with awesome amenities! We began each day in the tall chairs on the deck with our coffee looking out to the gulf and waiving to the friendly neighbors as they walked by. After a full day at the beach we would end each day with the kid’s watching movies under the house. The swing bed was a family favorite! The house came with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. The rental company was super easy to work with and very responsive. The house is beautifully furnished and clean. We loved the artwork in the house (which happens to be the owner’s amazing work). Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us! We are already planning a trip back next summer ��
