Room is wonderful not a huge complex so the beach isn't packed. Would definitely stay again!

This location to the beach was great. Short walk and excellent views from the balcony. We saw dolphins swimming several mornings. Bedrooms were large and roomy. Master bed was super comfy, the others were good but not quite as comfy as the master but we all slept good. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, however we had toddlers and all the dishes/cups were glass. It would have been helpful to have some plastic options. Would definitely consider renting this unit again.

First time staying here and was very pleased. The smaller condo complex was great so it wasn’t over crowded. The only thing is the carpet could use a good cleaning but overall great place to stay!

Right on the beach which was great. The parking lot was very steep in places, so don’t let go of the luggage cart. Close to boat rentals, grocery store, restaurants, and ice cream. The pool is not on the beach side and is small but kids still had fun in it. The condo was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. Loved that each room had its own bathroom so I didn’t have to share with teenagers. Also great that there were two room with king sized beds. Check out was at 10 but the cleaning lady showed up and 9 and stayed there until we left so not a lot of room to get in and out of the room with her cleaning cart and our luggage cart. I was unable to get one of the balcony doors to lock. I think it was the one that led to the bedroom. Didnt have to keep a bracelet on when we went to pool like other condos. Free beach chairs nice. I used the extra freebies to call and get a ticket to the big kahuna. Very easy phone call.

Our annual girls trip was great! The condo was spacious and comfortable and we all had the best time. The location is great-half way between Destin and Ft Walton Beach- with so many places to eat and shop.

Our trip was amazing as was our condo! I usually like to be on a higher floor but this was perfect! Being right on the beach allowed us to watch dolphins in the morning from our balcony. Very clean! We also noticed a lot of cleaning being done on the building itself. Did I mention how comfortable the beds are? We slept very well. Even with Alexa there I still would have liked to have lamented instructions there. Overall... your condo helped make our vacation wonderful! The girls are already asking me when can we reserve for same time next year!

This was a roomy 3 bedroom unit. Good AC, comfy bed, hot showers. Balcony on the second floor so if you were not at the beach you could see and hear the beach. Great time by everyone in our group. The unit had all equipment needed to cook anything.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and location of this rental. Then one drawback was the pool at the front of the building instead of off the beach but we still enjoyed both.

We have 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 6-9) - the space was great and the location was amazing. We all had a wonderful time and would recommend this location to anyone looking to enjoy the beach.

the condo view of ocean was the best! the overall condo was clean, my only complaint was when people moved in above our condo, we could hear every move, thud & bump. It was VERY annoying, sounded like kids were jumping off of bed, we were up until after 1 am couldn't sleep it was so noisy

This unit was **** and span and very comfortable. There were 6 adults and it was roomy and spacious for all of us. The check in and check out procedures were simple and easy. We would love to come back soon.

The furniture was smaller than we thought when you consider 8 persons can stay there and the couches were super uncomfortable. My elderly aunt and mother had many aches from them and mainly sat in the kitchen chairs. Place needs some updating.

We've stayed at several properties managed by Brooks and Shorey Resorts the last few years. This property was no different. It was our first stay at ETW, and won't be our last. The condo building is rather small, which means the beach wasn't very crowded. Our condo was very clean, everything from the rooms to the bathrooms to the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook several meals in through the week. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The walk to the beach from the parking lot was super short. Overall, we definitely plan on returning to Okaloosa Island. We will definitely stay with B&S again!

Perfect location only steps to beach and pool. Beds were super comfy. Love that linens and stater kit of paper supplies were supplied. Far enough away from hustle and bustle but super short drive to endulge in food and entertainment! Couldn't ask for better location!

View was awesome and rooms were acceptable. Master suite was great. The sliding glass door did not roll smoothly-very noisy. The handle on glass door in living area actually broke and had to call to get it fixed. Door on storage cabinet in kitchen was completely off and handyman said they had to get a new one. Very disappointed in the pool. It was too small for the amount of vacationers at the condos. Best part was the view of beach from the room.

Great location, we had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Condo was clean, view was great. Only one suggestion, replace the patio furniture it is old and flimsy.

Overall, it was very good! One problem though....the shades in the master bedroom do not block the outside sunlight, nor do they offer any privacy at night if there are any lights on in the room. This really needs to be corrected.

We were very pleased with our stay. We opened up the door and were pleasantly surprised with the open spacious concept. A beautiful view was seen as soon as we entered the condo. We have stayed at many different condos on different beaches and I must say this was the cleanest ever . Very impressed. Would definitely stay at Emerald Towers west again.

Even though we had to put up with th scaffold for renovations our stay was great had some minor plumbing issues but was taken care up promptly. Enjoyed the stay and will be back next year's if God's willing

The condo had everything we needed. I would suggest another frying pan medium size. Loved the spectacular view of the ocean. I was amazed at how quiet it was. I definitely will come back. The late check in was easy and I loved the complimentary gift bag and movie rental card. It came in handy at night and while it stormed. Thanks for the accommodations.

Great condo. We had a super stay. The end of the island that the building is on is less crowded than near the pier and Boardwalk. We could not have asked for a better location. We had the whole family, 8 total there. Plenty of space. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and I cooked each night without any major hiccups as far as cooking utensils and pots and pans.

The unit was nice. I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars for some minor issues. 1) Tv in bedroom has no sound on many of the channels 2) Balcony door was hard to open and shut 3) blinds from master bedroom to balcony could not be raised because the cord was broken off made it very hard to get to the balcony from the bedroom. Other than that we had a good time.

This was my first trip to Fort Walton for my family and I. We stayed here to avoid the traffic and congestion of Destin/Panama Beach where we have stayed in the past. The condo is in a good location, on a semi private road with mostly condo buildings on it and little traffic. The location was however close to Destin (about 6-8 miles depending on where in Destin you are going). The beach was clean and uncrowded in Late May. All the eateries seated us quickly with hardly any wait. The ocean water was clear and calm most days (we stayed 6) and our 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed playing in the ocean. Our unit was located on the second floor of the Emerald West building. The unit was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should, and the kitchen was stocked with enough pots/pans for simple meals. We don't cook a lot on vacation because we do enough of that at home. Beds were comfy, and plenty of ceiling fans kept it as cool as you wanted. Some of the cons; The outdoor furniture on the balcony badly needs upgraded from the flimsy plastic chairs and table, or at least a good coat colorful plastic paint. I am a large man at around 260 lbs, and I was afraid at times the plastic chairs would collapse with me. Also the balcony is a little small for 5 people when we all wanted to enjoy our coffee in the morning. The sliding doors to the balcony needs some grease/oil on the slides because they are a task to open and close. One of the pillowcases in a bedroom had something red (lipstick?) on it when we arrived, but it washed out in the washer/dryer. The couches, chair, and pillows in the living room were a little soiled and needed a good cleaning. If you are wanting a big ocean side pool, this condo does not have that. The pool is in front of the condo on street side. It was clean and uncrowded however our entire stay. Other than these little issues we had a great time, and enjoyed our stay.

Our Vacation was so relaxing and with a beautiful beach front. The water was a cool blue, no jellyfish. The room could be updated, but was clean and comfortable. The toilet seats need to be replaced as well as the carpets. We were very pleased otherwise. There is wifi, flat screen tvs, the kitchen has all utensils and a dishwasher. It has a brand new washer & dryer as well. There is a small pool if you have little ones. This condo was close to all activities in the area and is in a very peaceful location unlike the Destin area. The customer service was great! They gave free movie rentals too. I would recommmend this condo to anyone. We ate at the Crabshack(delicious) & went to the Gulfarium (needs work). We also wanted to go to Boschamps restaurant in Destin as we had been there 2 years prior, but the wait was 1 hour. If you go, lunchtime might be a better option. It's super! We ended up a Ruth Chris steakhous. (Bring alot of $$ for this one- was delicious though). My son & husband went on a helicopter tour(they said was awesome!). Also, it offers 1 free day of beach chair rental and the rest are reasonable. The also offer longboard paddle & kayaks to rent. They were popular. We rented a pontoon boat & waverunners at a nearby rental co. They were very reasonable as well. Cheaper than at our local lakes. Overall, despite needing updated, I was pleased with the condo, location, customer service & most of all the beach front location.

We enjoyed the location of this property. The view was beautiful, loved watching the dolphins play every morning. The property itself is in need of some updating. The condo was outdated, and needs a lot of work. However, we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the condo. I would recommend replacing the iron (which was broken and didn't work) as well as the coffee pot that took about 30 mins each morning to brew a pot of coffee. I didn't like that there wasn't a door on the bathroom in the master, but not sure if anything can be done about that. I will say that the bathroom down by the pool was broken. I called to have it fixed and it was fixed the next day. That was great!

Great view and great layout. We loved the large bedrooms and were able to easily fit pack-n-play in our bedroom for our baby. The complex was very quite and had great beach access and a very clean and nice small pool.

Great location..nice-sized bedrooms..everything was probs except the elevator is extremely slow, didn't mind taking the stairs except for loading/unloading the vehicle. Overall, wonderful stay..will definitely visit again!
