We loved the condo!
Easy access from elevator and only the second floor so the views were perfect for us. We loved the complementary chairs and umbrella, only down side was we got up at 630 and they don’t set up till 730. But we accommodated.
Only thing I would change is that there was more things to do/ eat nearby. We did most of our eating and things in Destin.

Gulf Dunes is the perfect place to stay. We were surrounded by good people, delicious food, and an amazing beach! Everything in the condo was up to date and provided us with all the necessities and more! We loved having our own beach access and the chair/umbrella service was a huge plus! The only thing that would make it better would be a hot tub. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our time at Gulf Dunes 205. Brooks and Shorrey were very helpful throughout the process. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The beach service attendants were very nice and very helpful. We were very happy with our stay.

We love Fort Walton Beach! This condo was very clean with cute decorations. The view of the beach was incredible. We spent a lot of time on the patio soaking up the sun. Our only suggestions would be more silverware especially small spoons and a firmer mattress would be wonderful!

Everything about it was easy, from booking to the stay checking in and checking out was all wonderful. The condo was very clean upon arrival. We had one light bulb out and brought it to the attention of the front dest and they immediately fixed it with no problems! The walk to be beach was short, the covered parking was wonderful. There were great places to eat near by too!

Contacted Brooks & Shorey & they took care of everything. Easy booking and arrival. Only issue was we left early due to weather. We did mobile checkout, which was easy. However we received an email the day we were originally slated to leave to tell us how to check out, which was concerning.

We spent 3 weeks @ Gulf Dunes and found everything to be better than expected. The condo is bright and clean, decorated for Florida living. Views of ocean and skyline are amazing. Sand is soft, white and so perfect for walking the beaches. Staff are responsive and very helpful! Appreciated the passes for golf and activities. We definitely will return next year.

This condo was perfect for two, and would accommodate a family of 4 quite well. The location was perfect. Walking to the pier, shopping, and restaurants was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second year staying here in unit 205.
For us this is the best. The view is perfect.
Unit is clean and beautiful. Unit is fully stocked with everything you would need.

Nice facility. Room was as described. 2nd floor is a big plus. Elevators are quick. Parking spaces are nice size, very convenient and under cover. Great family area. Our first time at Fort Walton. 6 miles from Destin. Only complaints were, the pools are a little small. The fitness area is WAY outdated. Only 3 machines one didn't work. But overall a very nice family friendly facility. Talked to many other tourist that have been coming back for years. We will be back. We will check other dates the time we were there was a bit too pricey. Oh, and free movies.

Overall stay was good. The location was great. Easy to enter/exit. Bed was comfy. The condo is above the pool and it could be quite noisy at times. However, at night it would be less noisy so that was ok. The only negative comment I must leave is the condo complex is open to people parking and using the facilities like the pool and entrance to the beach and the garage. The only place a code was needed was to the pool restrooms! No code was needed for the garage parking nor to pool area which leads to the beach. We never felt insecure, however, we didn’t like the openness that was easily available to non renters/owners. We did like the keyless entry to our condo. The condo was very clean just needed a few updates like a towel bar in bathroom closest to bedroom. Plenty of soft towels which was nice. Great fridge and ice maker. Staff friendly. We loved the sea blaster snorkel and dolphin cruise. Thanks for the free ticket. It was fun, overall stay was good

Beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. We easily walked to restaurants and entertainment. Having beach service every day was a huge plus. The only negative was the bed sheets, they felt scratchy and cheap. Overall a very nice place to stay on Okaloosa Island.

This was a great condo that was super convenient with kids. The pool is small but was never really crowded, the walk to the beach is super short which is awesome with little kids. Overall this was a great condo and would stay there again in the future.

This was my wife and I's first vacation with our one year old daughter, and we really had the best time. The condo was the perfect size for us, and being right on the beach was so nice. Especially with prep involved in taking a one year old to the beach! We thought all the amenities were great and were just overall really happy with our stay, and hope to make it a yearly tradition.

The property was exactly as described and the location is one of our favorites. Considering the amount of useage, the property was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property. Our unit was especially nice and comfortable. The free beach chairs and umbrellas made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our vacation was great. We love Ft. Walton Beach and have made a few trips to the area in the past. My wife loves the white, powdery sand, clear water, and free dolphin tours. I really enjoyed the free golf. The condo had great beach service and every night the pool was cleared out by about 2130. The negatives about the room was it was right next the elevator which was right by the bedroom so we could hear everyone coming and going. Condo was very clean and well furnished. Great view. Nice staff. Close to restaurants and touristy stuff.

We stayed here with our two young daughters and I cannot thing of one negative thing to say about our stay! If you are looking for a well kept condo on the beach, this one is perfect! Furnishings are in great condition, may not be the most "modern" but if you are coming here you are more concerned with the beach I would think than the condo furnishings! The views from the balcony are exactly what are in the photos! Nothing misleading, you are right on the beach with breathtaking views of the gulf! Beach access could not be easier! This specific unit, 205, in my opinion is perfect for families with small children. You are right by the elevator which takes you to lobby and straight to pool and beach access! Running up to the condo from the beach was no problem at all! If you are looking for resort amenities this one may not be for you. The pool is perfect, nothing fancy. If you are looking for a true beach condo this is it! No large complex to walk through to get to the beach! It took us less than 5 minutes to get from the condo with our two small girls and beach cart in tow to our beach chairs! We definitely would stay here again! Okaloosa Island and Gulf Dunes condos were just the right pace for our family. Not too crowded, not too flashy and had everything we were looking for in a family beach trip! Honestly I can't think of a negative comment to share about the property!

Our stay was more than enjoyable. The property was beautiful. The management team was polite and helpful. And the maintenance team was excellent. The only suggestion that we would offer would be to the cleaning crew. They need to be more thorough in their cleaning.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Gulf Dunes. The condo was beautiful, the people were friendly, and it was not too crowded. We love Fort Walton Beach and plan to visit again soon - would definitely recommend Gulf Dunes & Brooks & Shorey Resorts!
