This Gulf-front condo is located on the second floor. The condo has porcelain tile in all rooms except the bedrooms, which have carpet. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator, along with all of the dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances needed to prepare and serve meals. The kitchen includes a bar area with three stools for additional seating. The dining room has a glass-topped table. The living/dining areas have two large windows and a sliding glass door to access the large balcony, with dramatic views of the Gulf and an 80-foot pool. The living room has a queen sofa bed, sofa, and easy chair, along with a 40-inch LCD HD TV and CD player. The bedrooms have TVs with CD players. The condo is equipped with high-speed WiFi and local telephone service. A washer/dryer is included.

Beach service is available from March 1st through October 31st.
There are no parking spaces for boats, trailers, or RVs.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
