This condo does have million dollar views, very clean and spacious. easy access to the pool and beach. only issue was the TV's in the bedrooms. the master bedroom TV was not very clear and finding the correct remotes was a fun game. the TV in the 2nd bedroom was so small it was hard to see the screen. those are very minor things overall i give it 5 stars and would recommend this to anyone including myself in the future

Reality was much better than pictures on listing. The location and views were beautiful. The only issue we had was noise from the pool hours after the posted pool hours. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at our condo. It was really homie and the view was amazing. Our code wouldn't work upon arrival and it was after hours, however the supervisor was super nice and got it fixed instantly! It was clean and we would def stay there again!

We had a mostly enjoyable vacation this year. The condo itself was gorgeous and we love the view of the beach. When we arrived we found broken glass shards all over the balcony and living room (I ended up getting a piece stuck in my foot, luckily it wasn’t my kids). The staff was willing to go clean it up, but I already had. And we had neighbors downstairs that were being very loud and aggressive towards each other (but that is not the fault of the Nautalis). And when you are in the condo you can’t hear a thing. This is our second trip to Nautalis and we will be back. We love the pool and easy access to everything

Our unit 1201 was spotless, beds comfortable! Very short walk to beach which is a top on my vacation list!! Staff was excellent!! Very helpful and friendly!! Grounds were always tended to and and kept clean! Beach staff was also very accommodating and patient!!! Recommend highly!!! Also thom thumb steps away from condo, so convenient!

Loved Nautilus, the unit was awesome, great location with a million dollar view. Would for sure stay there again. My family and I enjoyed every minute.

The view was amazing. Loved sitting on the LARGE balcony to have coffee in the morning, eat lunch, and enjoy a drink in the evening. The condo was spacious.
the kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. The Tom 1thumb next door was a godsend since there is not a lot within walking distance (less than a mile). We did not rent a car due to the inflated prices, so we Ubered everywhere. Drivers were all very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. The property was immaculate. The condo was spotless. The beach service was so nice to have too! The only thing to be aware of is there is no chance of a late check out. We were able to leave our 3 bags in the small office for a couple hours tho. Check out is at 10:00 a.m.

Beautiful condo. Clean. Affordable. Great location. Friendly staff. Quiet. Beautiful views overlooking the beach from one balcony and the pool from another balcony. Convenient parking. Only steps from the beach. Beach service included. We love Nautilus!

It was Amazing!!! This condo is Perfect!! We had wonderful Views of the Sunrise and Sunset!! We have stayed here a few times and it never disappoints!!! They have New Sliding Glass doors and they are Wonderful!! I am disabled and I can’t tug and pull on a door. So having these New ones was perfect!!! It was as quiet and peaceful. For me and My Husband it was a much needed getaway!!

The balconies were nice. The unit could use a bit of update. Maintenance was really good, I went down to ask about the TV and Maintenance bet me back to the room and had it fixed in no time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

First stay at your property, was extremely pleased with every aspect of my stay. The property was very well maintained and cleaned daily the employees was extremely friendly and helpful. My family have already made plans to return.

Other than the wait to check in, this was the most perfect place to stay. Ignore the negative reviews and pay attention to the positive ones. This is perfectly on the beach and has so much space. I loved it.

We knew going in that construction would be happening, but had been told it should be on the other side of the complex during our brief weekend stay in Feb. So when it started directly outside our condo on Sat morning at 6:30am we chalked it up to the nice discount we had received and the vagaries of construction work. But, when we started hearing hammers and loud talking at 6:30am on Sunday, we were unpleasantly surprised. Sunday is not a traditional construction work day and to start loudly so early was very inconsiderate. As we had our coffee on the balcony enjoying the incredible view, we had painters right off it on their scaffolding. Our college age girls were freaked out by the many ants in their bathroom. They ended up using ours most of the time. It was just for a three night stay over a weekend, so we tried killing them ourselves and then mentioned them when we checked out. The view was breathtaking and the condo very comfortable.

Condo was just like it was described. Great location, beach chairs came in very handy. Property is clean and has everything needed to cook and enjoy your stay. I'd stay there again!

This is a complicated review to write. As someone who lived in Fort Walton, we looked forward to our vacation on Okaloosa Island, and the location of the Nautilus cannot be beat.
And there is something to be said for a unit on the 2nd Floor - great convenience and it is almost like you are on the beach.
On the other hand, with this corner unit, you are literally right over the beach access, and this can lead to noise issues and some minimization of privacy when you are on the deck.
Noise IS our central concern with this stay--and is the reason why we probably wouldn't rent this particular unit again (and possibly not at the Nautilus at all).
Let's start here - it isn't just the noise from the beach access. The smaller bedroom is RIGHT over the pool, and if you have guests that are ignoring nighttime noise rules, this can have a real impact on the ability of anyone using that room being able to sleep.
The guidance we were given is that when you have nighttime noise complaints, you call the sheriff (the management company doesn't handle these complaints, and I suppose I understand why, but it's a bit unnerving to have to involve law enforcement in a run-of-the-mill noise complaint).
We actually had to call the sheriff twice during our week-long stay - once for a massive party FOUR FLOORS ABOVE US in the condo next to us (the condo building to the west is VERY close to the Nautilus, so you hear noise from there in this corner unit).
The second noise complaint was on our last night (we actually cut our vacation a day short in part because of this). The unit BELOW this one had a late-night dance party, and I don't know how thin the walls are, but it felt like we were in the room with the partiers, the music was so loud.
Here's the thing - the unit is well-maintained. Clean, good kitchen. Bathrooms are small and older, but that's fine. Rates were reasonable.

Loved staying here. Such a beautiful view of the gulf and great sunsets. Condo was very nice. Comfortable furniture for the most part. Could use some upgrades on a few things. I don't happen to prefer a higher table and chairs for eating. Staff is very nice and always helpful. This is my 4th year staying here.

My family spent Fall Break at the Nautilus condos - first braving Hurricane Nate and then enjoying days of perfect weather! I loved #1201 and its large balcony. The condo was beautifully furnished and in an ideal location for access to the beach and pool.

Had a wonderful week with friends at Nautilus! Our condo was great. Perfect location, very close to the beach and an amazing view. Ours was on the second floor so was convenient to walk the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator which was very busy. Our balcony was right next to the boardwalk to the beach so not very private but by the second day we didn’t care, most folks were considerate and didn’t stare. And it was nice to have umbrella/chair service included, didn’t have to drag all our stuff to the beach, just a bag and cooler!
We will definitely return ASAP!

This review will be just facts. This condo did not ruin our vacation, but at the end of the day, we would not stay here again. PROS: Great location near Destin and steps from convenience store, beautiful views, spacious condo, wrap around balcony, great option of utensils in kitchen, fair rates. CONS: Food and crumbs in the couch bed, crackers/food crumbs on TV stand, dirty towels left in the washing machine, dirty bowl w/ soured milk put up in cabinets, dead roach near sliding glass door, major water leak in kitchen w/ mildew/mold. The front desk did offer housekeeping when told about problems and sent maintenance, but the damage was already done. Housekeeping was poor and once you know that you are in a dirty condo, that's all you can think about. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, do not book this condo. The walkway to the beach is right outside and you hear EVERYTHING; rolling of ice chests and heavy footsteps on walkway at all hours, guests coming in late (2am) and talking/yelling loudly while coming off the beach. Not the condo's fault, rude guests fault..but those are just the facts. You can hear everything. My husband and I did not get much sleep. We had to leave before the office opened on check out day, so I was not able to speak with them again about the issues. Also, we were tired and just were ready to get home.
