We love staying at the Nautilus. It’s enough out of traffic and the view from the unit we rent is great.

Overall, a great vacation. The location is perfect with gorgeous view. Unit had extras that added to the experience. We had use of beach towels, beach tote, cooler, extra chairs, and beach toys. We also had beach service which included an umbrella with 2 chairs free to use each day.
The unit could use a deep cleaning, but it wasn't too bad. Washer and dryer were a big help. Be sure to bring soap, shampoo,etc. Also very limited paper supplies and towels. We stayed for several days, but I was able to wash so we made it fine.
Kitchen had both drip coffee pot and a Keurig. Plenty of utensils and plates, glasses and cooking pots.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The unit has everything in the kitchen (plates, pots, pans, utensils etc.) if you want to cook your own food. There is also a washer and dryer if you want to wash your clothes. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from our balcony and that is the selling point for us. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in unit 1205, the whole experience was amazing. Communication from after booking and before my arrival was top notch. Check in was seamless. The view from our balcony was stunning and the distance to the beach was perfect! The unit was clean and comfortable and the included beach service was an added bonus. I will definitely recommend Nautilus to friends and family. Hope to make it back next year!

We have stayed at several properties on okaloosa island but nautilus is our favorite and the only property we have stayed at multiple times. We always have a good experience, the condos are clean and the staff friendly. The location is perfect. I have recommended Nautilus to friends and a couple have come and stayed here multiple times.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights over spring break and we had a terrific time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, and the view was incredible! I’d absolutely stay in this unit again.

The view is hard to beat. A short walk to the beach and chair rentals. We actually rented kayaks for an hour, although we thought it was a little overpriced, it was so much fun. The condo was easy to access and was ready pretty early which was really nice. The fire alarm did go off at 1am from a faulty something and was REALLY loud. Overall, the view and location really made it the best.

We discovered a beautiful piece of Florida that we didn’t know existed. The temperatures are not as warm as lower Florida, but that was okay with us. The beach has the whitest sand we have ever seen. The location of this unit is perfect for eating out, shopping and golfing. Our unit was clean, the kitchen is well stocked, but the living room furniture could be up grated. A little table would have been nice on the balcony also. The staff at Nautilus are fantastic, friendly and always willing to help.

We had a great experience! The manager was so nice in answering all our questions when we got there. The condo was nice and organized. We booked again before we even left and added days to our stay for next time. The location is perfect and the view off the balcony is perfection

Had a great time! The condo was beautiful. The kids fell in love with the bunk beds. Well maintained and stocked. Love the free beach rentals and the pool was great. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful.

Great vacation! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved being able to wake up to that gorgeous view and being just steps away from the beach. The decor was cute, and layout of the condo was fantastic. With the bedroom facing the beach we could fall asleep listening to the ocean. The beach service was great, and the environment was perfect for families.

Nice kitchen and bedroom. Enjoyed deck chairs a lot. Clean. Two teens used bunk beds. Couch was nice but needs more cushion.

This unit is "right on" the beach. The feel of the ocean just steps away is fabulous! The Nautilus personnel are helpful and welcoming and the entire facility is clean and modern.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. It could use a few updates compared to several other units we observed. We had a minor issue with the cleanliness of the room; however, once this was brought to the attention of the General Manager, the situation was immediately rectified.

Unit needed some work with sheet rock replacement at the time of our stay, Melissa the manager did let us know and offered us a different unit which we declined and decided to stay in unit anyway since it was all cosmetic only. She was very informative and helpful! The views from the unit are stunning and unit needs some work but whatever you need Melissa and Keith were there ready to assist. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! Location was perfect..right on beach and close to other amenities! Condo could have used some cleaning, but other than that we had a great stay. Owner of the properties was very nice and extremely helpful!

Have stayed here several times and enjoyed every time. This time there was renovations going on and it was very noisy and somewhat disruptive. However I will be back next year. Linda in the office is great to work with.

The property is very outdated, but clean for the most part.
The outside grounds on the beach side are unkept.
Ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind.
Was nice to not have to pay for beach umbrella/chairs.

We all had a very good stay. The condo we stayed in needs some updates. The sliding glass doors were very hard to open. We used the one in the bedroom the most, as we had a really hard time with the one in the living area. If we revisit the area again, we would stay with Nautilus again.

Amazing! From day one communication was on point and always answered. The rental was clean and stocked. There was an abundance of linens and towels, loved having a toaster oven, toaster, blender, and coffee maker! More than I expected. The room could use updates with paint and other touch ups, but we weren't on FWB for the room. The beach was clean and beach service was always ready to go by 9am, the pool was clean and had water toys/floaties for people. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The only negative would be the noise outside of our room from the neighbors in 1206. The first group of renters were fighting the first night and we could hear everything going on until about 10pm. The next set of renters were in and out of their room at 7am slamming doors and running around. The dunes, which are not to be walked on, had people on them almost daily. It is in the paperwork given by the condo AND posted by the walkways, yet people were still crossing them! Sorry, I had to tell people to stay off of them!

We had a great stay at Nautilus. Loved the location and of course the beautiful white sand beach just steps from our condo. Condo was well equipped and had spectacular views of the beach and gulf! We’ll definitely be back.

We loved the condo!! Great location, sugar white sand, close to Publix, gorgeous clear emerald water, and perfect beachy decorations. My nephew loved the bunk beds, cozy bedding. We even had some beach toys, boogie boards and 1 beach chair. We enjoyed beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from the private balcony. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep each night. We just loved the property, super clean, and just my style. We would love to come back again soon !!

As owners of 1103 at the nautilus we wanted to bring our family down for a week, but our family is too large for our condo, so we rented 1205 to help out. It was very nicely decorated and enough room for one family. The Nautilus is a great place to vacation.

I always enjoy staying at Nautilus. This particular unit had a small issue with mold growth on items in the kitchen (display items). Also, unlike other units I have stayed in, the kitchen was bare / minimally stocked — that is on the owners I assume. Cell service on the island is poor but not sure that can be helped. Pool area could use a few optional umbrellas for shade!! Overall, the location can’t be beat and the staff are great at Nautilus :)
