Overall we enjoyed our stay. we really had only one minor issue. Our stand alone ice maker did not work. The staff came several time trying to fix it but it never worked. For me personally we worked around it, not that big of a deal. BUT to another guest (family) this might be an issue. Also wifi was weak and spotty ran a little slow. A faster wifi connection would be awesome. Staff was nice and very helpful!

Amazing from time of booking until time of return home. Best vacation ever! Condo was extremely clean and close to airport and activities. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Plan to visit again next year.

I have to say that the Nautilus is one of the best places to stay on the island. The building is clean, staff is friendly and very helpful. The unit was one of the cleanest we have stayed in.we rented for the month of January. Kitchen is large and well supplied with pots and pans, dishes etc. Bedrooms are large but living room area small. I feel any more than 4 adults makes it too cramped. We plan on returning next January.

We have found our Best vacationing place to return to every year in November, unit is spacious and well equipped, the view is just right and the balcony is well furnished and spacious as well. We really have to give the office and maintenance and housekeeping staff 2 thumbs up, not that there was any issues, just seeing how everything is clean and noting was needed to be fixed , the office personnel communi cates well with their guest as well, keep up the great job, Lord's will we will see you in November again ,and we will most assured recommend the Nautilus to all family and friends, Thank you very much for the best Vacation

Excellent communication from Nautilus. Huge deck for watching the ocean was amazing. Clean property, free umbrella set up was added bonus. Perfect getaway for 4 people

Our experience at Nautilus was great. Our unit was very accommodating for my husband and 20 year-old daughter. Close to lot of great restaurants. The gulf side view was spectacular. While the unit was slightly dated in the bathrooms, it was clean and that's more important to us than the latest tile color. The free beach service was a huge plus considering beach service usually runs anywhere from $65-100/day. We never used the pool so I can't speak to the pool at all, but the beach access was easy. Check-in was easy with the rental site on property and they even texted us to let us know our unit was ready early which was another huge plus, considering most places have a strict no entry til 4 o'clock policy, even if the unit is ready early. I forgot my blow dryer when we left and they were kind enough to ship it to me for just the cost of the shipping. Have no complaints about 1304 at Nautilus!

This is a review of 1304 Nautilus Condominiums. It is a beautiful oceanfront two-bedroom unit with a huge balcony. On the balcony is a four-top table and two Adirondack-style chase lounges, providing a great beach view. FYI, the balcony faces south-southwest so you can have full shade all day. The beach is just 30 feet in front of the unit and is pristine. The rental comes with a beach umbrella and two chairs per day. My wife and her friend used them and loved them. I got some work done on the balcony and enjoyed the shade. Bring bug spray (Skin So Soft)... You will need it. This unit is on the 3rd floor, not the 13th, so bugs can be annoying. The inside of the unit is very well-appointed, with newish furniture and beds. Everything was comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with an electric stove, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and even a separate icemaker. The AC, TV, and water pressure all worked well. Located in the parking lot is a Tom Thumb convenience store. That was convenient! Lastly, the host offers a grocery delivery (and put away) service for $29. I didn't use this service, but I wish I had. I know I will do so next time if it is an option. All in all, this is a great beachfront rental and I would return.

We return annually to the Nautilus Condominiums, usually in early November, because they are safe, clean, comfortable, and located directly on some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Unit 1304 is well-stocked, comfortable, extremely quiet, do you want t and reasonably priced for a two bedroom unit directly on the water.

We've been coming to the Nautilus every summer for over 30 years. This year, the building has had numerous updates and it's even better than before! The office staff is the same as ever-- SUPER!! They go the extra mile with respect to reservations and on-site support.

We had a wonderful time the condo was wonderful. The only problem was the pool. Maybe it was the time of the year but it was in the shade of the buildings most of the time. The condo could use a few updates. The beds were very comfortable. The decor was very nice. We would lease this condo again.

The Unit was clean and bright with a great view of the Gulf from the living room and master bedroom. The condo was spacious enough for 5 of us. Two adults and 3 teens. The beach is easy to access and the condo had everything we needed for a great stay. I would recommend extra toilet paper if you have a full house. The only complaint was that the elevator closest to us was broken and the morning we left neither elevator was working. Other than that the pool was clean the included beach service was a HUGE perk.

I took a trip here with my mom and 2 sisters, and it was amazing. The view was breathtaking, and it was extremely close to the water. The place as a whole was clean and really nice.

We are returning customers to the Nautilus for the past 20 years. We love it here! The unit we stayed in was perfect except the sofa bed needs replaced. Also, the washer is very loud and utility closet needs a thorough cleaning.

Enjoyed the stay. Beautiful third floor view of the beach. Easy access to the beach. The rooms were clean. The rental group did a great job with communication and reaching out to ensure that the check-in and check-out was nice and easy. Having the washer and dryer in the room was very helpful.

This is such a nice place to relax. The staff is awesome and really works hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Unit 1304 has everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony is unbeatable (especially if you’re having breakfast and watching the dolphins.). The only thing I would do differently is bring my own fluffy towels. Because of Covid the towels provided are definitely clean but feel like sandpaper, especially on a sunburn. We ended up picking up a couple of towels at Walmart for $6 each that worked fine. We are already going back to the Nautilus in October! We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

Nicely laid out floor plan, with 2 BR on suite bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Oven didn’t work and burnt our pizza. Loved how the building was only 6 floors . Ours being on the 3rd made for easy access by stairs or elevator. The best part is the balcony. Very large and deep. Could hear waves at night in front BR with door cracked. Nice quiet area with small convenience store a few steps away. Condo could have been cleaner. Saw one roach. Only one. Some areas hadn’t been dusted and found one dirty knife in clean drawer. Just microbaned myself and rewatched the knife. Was a plus having a prison on duty in office everyday. Would rent again.

view was wonderful right on the ocean. Size of unit was great with great bedding/kitchen large and loved the ice maker. We had to clean inside and spent several hours clearing the deck area covered with sand. The door screens/table/chairs floor were all covered with sand totally not acceptable. We knew their was construction going on but I was told that my week would be minimum noise and the grinding would be at the front of the building. That was wrong as noise level was a 10 half of our stay. We were offered to stay an extra day but we had already had to much noise/dirtiness that we didn't want one more day of it. I would like to come back after construction sometime and believe a discount on the weekly cost would be in line for our bad experience.

This was our only vacation this year but our 3rd time staying at Nautilus and in this unit. We love our time here. The condo has most everything we need when we visit. The sheets on the master bed seemed to come off the corners by morning but we still rested well. There was some construction on the property that we were not made aware of till arrival but it did not interfere with our stay. Dissapointed to find out that the only months for monthly rental are now the winter months because we meet other friends at Nautilus every year who like to rent for a month. We hope to be back next year but we will see what else our friends can find before we book again. Overall another great vacation!

My family and I have been coming to Ft. Walton to vacation for years and never had I experienced it quite like this! As a family of 6 with kids ages 13,10,5, and 2 months, we needed space for everyone to be comfortable. This condo did not let us down! The view was AMAZING!! We were on the 3rd floor. The condo was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We were close to all of the attractions and this place just felt like home away from home! We will definitely be returning!!

We had a great stay in this beautiful condo overlooking the beach! We were able to sit out on the balcony and watch the beautiful sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect location and very quiet. We had no problem finding a spot on the beach as there was numerous chairs and umbrellas for everyone! I highly recommend staying in this unit. We look forward to coming back in the future!
