This is the 4th year we have been to Fort Walton Beach using Brooks Shorey. We absolutely love Pelican Isle. The setup is perfect, the location is great and the condo is always sparkling clean when we get there. We also really appreciate all the maintenance work done around the building to make everything tip-top.

We have rented more than one condo unit thru B&S and they seemed to have defined great service. All of the units we have been in have had the final touches that make a stay great in addition to expected qualities of clean, in good working order, etc. It's as if they went thru the Disney college of guest services. This unit is exceptional in decor, design, etc. in addition to the usual and expected qualities.

Very good. No problem. Staff were very nice and helpful. Helped me work tv remote. Also helped with my reservation. Apparently I had not completed everything and they helped me at the last minute when I was 30 minutes away.

Almost everything was fine and very good. See ratings below. A great place to stay. The only reason I did not give a 5 on the overall satisfaction is because of the mattress. It was comfortable, but a very high and thick one. The result was that the "fitted" sheet did not fit. It was not deep enough to tuck securely under the mattress. So, while sleeping, the sheet loosened and bunched up. Is the solution a less thick mattress or deeper sheets?

This condo is adorable, you can tell newly decorated. Everything was clean and neat. Just a couple of minor things I ask housekeeping to be sure TVs were connected and working. Neither of these were, had I not had friends nearby would have had to call maintenance because someone unhooked the cable. Older or non tech savy people struggle with this. And the sheets on the bed would not stay on . It was a fight every night. But I give this place good reviews!!

Had a great four days in PI306. The kitchen was fully outfitted (not always the case with other units), the beds were very comfortable and the condo had an updated feel.

My husband and I were on a much needed 3 night getaway. This condo was perfect for us. Very updated and pretty. It was very clean with plenty of towels. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We also got free beach service with the Condo which was a big plus!!! We will definitely go back!!!

Having stayed in Brookes and Shoreys condos many times we have come to expect clean comfortable lodging. Pelican Isle 306 is exceptional. It is definitely a step above the average comfortable unit. Great care has been taken to add extra amenities so guests don't have to rush out and purchase necessities. Extras such as handhold in bathroom and make up mirror, nightlight, extra wall plugs, quality linens, towels, quality appliances,washer/dryer, dishes, well stocked kitchen. Being an organized person I loved the labels for lights, ceiling fans, TV instructions, dishes n kitchen items, step up for exit to balcony was well marked. The extra touch of beach decor added a nice touch. We will be back to 306. Thanks to the owner for this exceptional unit

We really enjoyed our stay in Unit #306 at Pelican Isle on Okaloosa Island. We were right on the sand and had a marvelous view of the beach & crystal clear waters from our balcony. The unit was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and had most everything we needed. Several great eating places are nearby, and groceries at Winn Dixie & Walmart were within 10 miles.

The condo was perfect for us. Unparalleled view of the Gulf, very well furnished, especially the kitchen. We like to cook and found everything we needed. Having beach chair and umbrella service was fantastic. I cannot imagine anything better than the setup we had.
I have 2 suggestions. We missed having small plates and bowls. Just a minor detail, but would like to suggest getting some to add to an otherwise well furnished kitchen. The other is that we received several messages of things we should bring that would not be furnished, so we packed them only to find out that they were furnished. I would have appreciated not needing to pack unnecessary items.

We selected this condo at Pelican Isle without any knowledge of the area or the property. We were extremely pleased when we arrived at the location. It is an extremely clean beach area that is not overly crowded. Very family friendly! There are restaurants nearby and it is not as crowded as the Destin area. The condo itself was very clean and it could not have had a better view!! We spent nearly all of our time on the beach or sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. We also enjoyed the complimentary golf pass each day and the two beach chairs set up for us on the beach. We also went on a dolphin cruise using the complimentary pass from Brooks & Shorey. My family couldn't have asked for a better week at the beach!

This rental experience was top notch from the time I booked until I checked out. The condo was ready for us when we arrived and we found it to be very clean and just as pictured. The view from the balcony was fabulous.
Added bonuses were the goodie bag we received upon checking in and the complimentary beach chairs for each day. The receptionist greeted us with a smile from the moment we walked through the doors.
We will definitely be return visitors.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle very clean property and friendly staff. The beach is beautiful. The unit was very nice. The kids enjoyed having TV's in the bunk beds. We just came for relaxing time on the beach and that is what we got.

We usually vacation at Hilton Head and this was our first trip to the Gulf. After seeing that the sand and ocean are as pretty, if not prettier, in real life than in the picture, I don't think we'll be able to go anywhere else from now on.
This condo wasn't our first pick but it was our first pick from what was available on short notice. We were not disappointed. The condo is attractively furnished and surprisingly clean. We were very happy with the property in general and will most likely stay in this particular condo again in the future.

Second year in a row that we have stayed in this condo. Just like last year it was great. Weather was fantastic and the beach was not crowded. The condo was clean and updated. The new stainless steel appliances was nice. Last year the dishwasher top rack was almost rusted out. Definitely staying here again next year. Just little things would make it better such as a DVD/blue ray player in the bedroom and some thicker curtains. Also a few extra towels would be nice. Overall a fantastic stay.

We only stayed a night but the accommodations were perfect. On the beach, great view, awesome customer service! Only complaint would be the pool is narrow with no room around it to hang out, which want too bad since it wasn't overcrowded.

The condo was great. It was well furnished and had a great view. Our only issues (very small issues) were that the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to open and close and the bed squeaked at the tiniest of movements. Overall though, we had a fantastic time!

I was surprised that the condo exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean, everything worked, and the décor was very pleasing. We enjoyed viewing the Gulf. sunrises, and sunsets without having to leave the condo on cold days. Would definitely return to Pelican Isle and this unit.
