We loved the rental. It was clean, furnished comfortably, beautiful view. The amenities were great but hard to find how to use them. We can’t wait to stay again very soon!

Booking with Brooks and Shorey is a breeze! Pelican Isle 401 is a great little corner unit. We really enjoyed our time there and looking forward to returning next year!

Spacious condo. Great 4th floor corner unit makes getting to the beach quick work. We did use the stairs because they were right there, but the elevator was just a short walk away. The unit was clean and well kept, and supplied with necessities. Our only issue was that the master suite stayed considerably warmer than than the rest of the unit (it did get a direct hit from the morning sun so that even the heavy drapes didn’t seem to hold it back). And with a washer/dryer we didn’t have to take home wet, dirty clothes.

everything was wonderful, the only thing was our refrigerator/freezer leaked water a couple times, i tried calling the number on the refrigerator and no one answered or returned my call. the freezer door would not stay closed tight, so we put a chair up against it.

We have been to this building multiple times and this is unit was the best of them all. It was very clean, and being a corner unit makes it feel bigger than it is. We needed maintenence for a couple things, and the staff was very prompt and took care of all our needs. There was some scheduled maintenence to the building and the staff informed us as soon as they found out. Thanks B&S staff. Added bonus was our own parking spot in the garage!

My husband and I absolutely loved our rental. They had everything we needed. From clothes washer, to dish washer. And what made it for me was being on the water, to the place being absolutely spotless. We want to go again next year

Condo was acceptable clean upon arrival, walking in we found a child's sock under the edge of bunk beds in h
the hallway! Condo had an overall smell of staleness made us think it was not cleaned just straightened up. Refrigerator had problems with ice maker, ice would not drop ice, but we just reached in and got ice rather than bother anyone on a holiday weekend.
We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony as well as dolphins everyday overall yes we would stay in this condo again.

My wife and I have been coming down to the Panhandle for over 30 years and I will say that this condo was one of the best condos we had ever stayed in. First, Brooks and Shorey was always very professional and helpful from the time we made reservations all the way to the end of our trip. Second, the condo was very clean (base boards needed dusting/cleaning) and the kitchen had all that one would need to cook except a cutting board. The beds were comfy, bathrooms nice, family room great but the balcony was the true star of this unit! Morning, afternoon and evening you could fully enjoy this balcony. The views were outstanding from east to west! I would recommend staying at this condo Unit 401 with Brooks and Shorey. I assure you the condo and the resort company will not disappoint.

We had a very nice stay. Cannot complain about the condo where we stayed. It was clean and roomy. The views from the balcony were beautiful. We had a a small issue with the hide a bed and the ice maker. Sent an email and someone from maintenance was there within an hour. Would recommend Pelican Isle.

This unit had all that was needed to prep & cook a meal. The master was great with the hand held shower head and jet tub. However the living room/dining area was not very family friendly at all. The space was cramped and the tables were too large for the space. If people sat at the table others could watch TV. Dining table was so big we couldn't even reach cards in the middle. The furniture could definitely be updated to something more cohesive.

We have stayed at Pelican Isle for many years. We could not ask for a better location. PI401 is a nice unit. It was clean, nicely decorated, had plenty of dishes and towels. We did experience refrigerator issues several times during our stay. The staff that came to diagnose the problems were very friendly and knowledgeable. Apparently this was not the first time this frig had issues. The only other issue is that, by design, the master bedroom stays HOT. You have to freeze out the front of the condo (blankets and sweatshirts) to even be able to almost comfortably sleep. There is a fan in the closet for a reason. This does not just apply to PI401. We have stayed in 501 for many years and have the same issue. There is no crockpot, so bring one from home. Would we stay in this unit again? Definitely. The refrigerator hopefully has been repaired and the hot bedroom can't be resolved.

Nice Place, lots a room for our family of 4. We had a few problems, but were COVID/Hurricane Related. Hot tub was closed (COVID). Walk through to pool and fitness center was closed. (Recent Hurricane damage). Also the master bedroom closet smell horrid. (Mildew/Mold). This was most likely due to the 2 hurricanes of recent weeks. We just kept the door closed and put our items in other closet. We like staying down here because the beach isn't as crowded.

Condo was very clean!! Looked just like the pictures except bigger!! Balcony furniture was very nice. Excellent location!! Only complaint I have is the bed was not very comfortable but that is something you find a lot when you travel. Would definitely stay here again!!

Okaloosa Island is our favorite vacation spot but have never stayed at this particular condominium. It did not disappoint! The decor was modern and updated, the view was spectacular, and we were provided ample supplies to last the week; such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, dishwasher detergent, and lots of towels. We would stay in this unit again.

The condo was fantastic! Fully furnished, clean, comfortable and the best of all, with an amazing view to the beach! The days on the balcony enjoying the view were the best! Nothing like the sound of the water and the waves hitting on the shore. The building was very nice, with a heated pool and jacuzzi. The condo was even better than what I expected, in terms of location, layout and amenities. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful unit.The only problem we had was that the security guard was very militant in his handling of the pool area. Also our dishwasher did not work which is just as well since I prefer handwashing. But we LOVE the unit and are looking forward to coming back soon.

Our family of 5 had a peaceful trip at unit 401. We enjoyed the unit being right near the stairs for easy access to beach. Very impressed with housekeeping and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful!!! The wrap around porch was a lovely way to begin and the day sunset and dolphin watching!!! It was relatively quiet!! We would stay again for sure!!

It was a pleasure dealing with Brooks and Shorey Resorts. They will be my first contact when I schedule another vacation. Condo #401 at Pelican Isle is the perfect place to stay at Ft Walton Beach. The condo was very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. This is perfect for older and younger vacationers. I love sitting on the balcony, drinking my coffee, while picking out which loungers and umbrella I'll use today, or seeing how many people are at the pool, or in the hot tub, before I go there. The view is wonderful and if you are an early riser, you can enjoy seeing the dolphins in the ocean. Fantastic eating places and entertainment very close by. Endless things to do. Also, not as much traffic on Okaloosa Island.

We had an awesome Spring Break in PI401! Condo was very clean, up to date, and right on the Beach!!! Used the free boat ride coupon which came with the condo, highly recommend the doing the Sunset Boat Ride. We will definitely look to see if PI 401 is available for our next beach vacation.

The vacation was really good and we very much enjoyed the condo and really loved the set up of the condo. The condo was furnished very nicely and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of nice plates, cups, silverware and storage containers. The only real negative of the condo was it was not very clean. We stayed in the condo with our small children and their feet and knees were very dirty from crawling on the floor. Socks and pants were very dirty, looked as if they had been crawling or walking outside. Also, we ended up vacuuming the living room area ourselves the second day because there was a lot of crumbs and dirt around the couch and under the chairs. Overall, not a huge deal, but that part was a little disappointing and would probably recommend talking to the cleaning company about it. Would still stay in that condo again because the set up was perfect and loved the wrap around balcony.

We have been vacationing here for years and have never been disappointed in our stay. Condo was clean. We had everything we needed and more. Beach service dude didn't seem too happy to be there but it didn't spoil our fun. Will definitely return next year. Happy Beaching!!!

So nice and comfy. We took our two grandchildren and they wanted to move in permanently, so we stayed another night to enjoy it a little longer! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for pleasant stay.

This is a great condo that advertises it sleeps 8. It does, but it only seats 3 in the living room and 7 at the table and bar combined. So, it's perfect for a couple with a child or two. Also, the dryer wasn't working good. It took several hours to dry a load of clothes. We really enjoyed it overall, though.

we had a wonderful week at Pelican Isle. If there was anything I would complain about it would be the second bedroom bed. It was a double and would be ok for children but not adults. We also needed some instructions for the televisions and a channel line-up. There were no kitchen towels or cloths.
