My wife and I spent our 36 year anniversary at 508 Beachfront Boho and our experience in this beautiful condo was outstanding. The pictures on the Brooks & Shorey website do not do justice, you have to see it to understand. The amenities (especially in the kitchen) are nicer than we have in our home and anything you could ever need. We enjoyed it so much as are booking it again for our next trip to FWB. Thank you for letting us spend a week in your lovely condo!

We have stayed in several condos on Okaloosa Island. This is hands down the best one! It was so cozy, so clean, and the balcony furniture was amazing! If we continue to go back to Okaloosa Island for our summer vacations, we will definitely stay here from now on!

The condo was very clean and very tastefully decorated. It was well stocked with everything you would need and had very nice appliances and cookware. The balcony is to die for! There was at least one nap on the balcony. The hair dryer was missing from our unit, but I called and within a few hours they brought a new one. The bed in the master was a little soft for my preference, but the view from the master suite was amazing!!!
The only issue was they were having problems with the elevators and some seemed to go down daily but would be working shortly after. We had to walk down the stairs once while heading into Destin for the Dolphin Cruise on the Sea Blaster and then dinner but luckily they were working when we returned.
We made a stop at Fubar for pizza and found a seafood market just over the bridge that steamed shrimp. We went there a couple of times and brought shrimp back to the condo to eat a very affordable dinner.
I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Really liked the condo especially the balcony. However there is a light in the guest hallway that turns on automatically EVERY time you walk by it. Annoying at night. Also need instructions on how to operate microwave! Most complicated one we have ever encountered.

We shop our stays each trip to the beach and were very pleased by pics and price for this unit. The experience exceeded the expectations. I would say the owners are Christian not just in word but in action. The condo feels like the owners just left for a few days rather than leaving it at a bare level to make money. The kitchen was the best outfitted I've experienced, tastefully decorated, and gracious patio with furniture to sit out and enjoy the beach experience and is where we ate dinner most nights (from Stewbys down the street, our favorite). We booked for next year. Brooks and Shorey were good to deal with as agents.

The Surf Dweller is in a great location - RIGHT on the beach and halfway down the island. This unit was VERY well decorated and modern.
There were even cute accessories for Fall out in the living spaces. It was near the elevator and a short walk out to the sand. We would stay again, for sure! Unfortunately, it is already booked for Fall Break of next year or we would have swooped it up again.

Our experience was amazing in Surf Dweller 508. The check in and out process was easy, communication was great and condo was clean. One of the things we enjoyed the most about this unit is the balcony furniture! Lost of room to sit and enjoy the views of the Gulf! One thing I would suggest is more pillows. The master bedroom only has 2 pillows on the bed. We would definitely come back and stay again!

We really loved our stay at 508 Surf Dweller. The deck has a nice nook with a lot of room and you can't beat the view. The rooms and the beds in the condo were large and comfortable. The condo itself is quiet and has a lovely location on the beach. The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen. We really liked the beach service umbrella and chairs so we didn't have to bring our own and set it up every day. You can't really walk to the pier or any restaurants, but driving over is pretty easy in the area.

I've been staying at time shares/vacation rentals for 30 years and this is the BEST ever. The condo was immaculate. The couch on the porch was amazing. Everything - finishes to furniture - was top of the line. The exterior, however, was a little run down looking. The pool is not gulf side (but none of the resorts were so it must be a local ordinance). No hot tub which was very disappointing. But the pool was a nice size and clean. Very close to excellent restaurants (Stewby's is only 3 blocks away and so good we ate there twice in three days!). Highly recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed the accommodations in 508. The furnishings were up to date. Loved the charging station on the nightstand. Everything you could possibly need as far as kitchen utensils was provided.

Beautiful condo! Would definitely book again! Great location. We love staying in Fort Walton Beach. It is less crowded than Destin and still has easy access to restaurants, activities and shopping!

This condo is awesome! The furniture on the balcony makes it a perfect place to relax before and after the beach. Only negative is whoever put dishes away did so wet. Everything had to be rewashed before using. We already reserved this unit for next year. Love it!

I have never left a review after a vacation, and I almost don't want to write one right now so that I can keep this gem to myself! This condo was amazing, the location was wonderful. Everything was just perfect. We had a slight issue with the water heater at the beginning of the stay, but they quickly resolved that issue and the rest of our stay was just amazing. We wanted to book it for an extra night because we were just not ready to leave.
