Colony Club N8

Colony Club N8 was a great little place to stay for a few days. Down to watch our grandson in a ball tournament. Was convenient to the sports complexes. The unit was exceptionally clean. Also spacious. Would stay there again.

Rental was very clean, close to beach and shops. Sleeper sofa was not so great but for little kids it would be fine. I’m just too old to be sleeping on one!

The condo, which was individually owned, was very nice, clean and well stocked.

Condo was clean, and located about 12 - 15 minutes from public beaches. We were there for 3 nights and there were two rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels for 6 people. There was one dishwasher tablet and a single load of laundry detergent. I don't think that was enough for the money we paid for the condo. There were no condiments such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. The beds were comfortable but the pull out couch bed was not.

It was very clean access was easy we were actually able to get into our unit 3 hours before check in.a code was sent to our phone so that was nice.only thing I would suggest is to bring your own toilet paper if you plan on staying more than a couple days cause they only provide one roll each not sure if it's normal in that area but the cold water had a yellow tint to it,it may be normal in that area im not sure.but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay very clean the air worked great even had stuff to take to beach umbrella a beach mat even boards for the water.plenty of towels was a great place

Great location, about 10-15 mins from the beaches and tourist attractions. Quiet evenings to allow family to just relax. VRBO had all things needed to go to the beach (Chairs, boogie boards, sand castle stuff... etc). Pool and equipment area very good. We highly recommended for a family of 6.

We spent a week at Colony Club N8, in Gulf Shores. The place was very clean and comfortable. Even had a washer and dryer, which was nice as we had a toddler with us. It was quiet and was only minutes away from beaches,restaurants and shopping. There was a zoo right around the corner from our rental. Looking forward to our next visit.

This nicely furnished second floor condo is less than 2 miles from Gulf Shores Sportsplex and about 15 minutes from the Orange Beach complex. The condo complex is undergoing a facelift so our building had no vinyl siding and workers around for our stay. (According to the chatty older gentleman in the downstairs unit, the work has been going on for two years...) The noise wasn't an issue for us because we were out the door early every morning for games but could be a problem for anyone trying to sleep in on a "normal" vacation. We were alarmed to come back one afternoon to find they had removed the bedroom window and installed a new one while we were gone. It made us very uncomfortable to know the workers had full access to all our belongings in the unit and we were not given any notice about it.

We were also surprised by the check-in process. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and were not expecting to need to go to the rental manager's office to pick up keys. I can't remember the last time we stayed in a condo that didn't have a keypad to enter the unit.

Beautiful room but i feel I was mislead by the description of the ad but that was my fault. The tv was all but useless and the management refused to properly deal with the issue or try to correct it.
