Great condo on inside But was doing major renovations and loud chiseling every morning. They were doing all renovations at same time that made a quiet week away very loud . I understand you have to work on things to upgrade but I would not have came if known that renovation was in middle of process.

We’ve stayed at CP before and always had a good experience. Again this time we appreciated the location and view. Unfortunately the entire condo was under construction/repair. From 730 -400 each day there was constant drilling, sanding or some sort of loud grinding noise. It was hard to hear the tv or take a nap ( love vacation naps❤️). The staff we encountered or spoke with were great as usual. The condo though dated was comfortable and very clean. Facility maintenance is needed but wish we knew ahead of time so we could make an informed decision about staying while it was being done. We would highly recommend CP , maybe just call to see if major repairs are being made ����♀️

Good location. Very nice pool. Nicely equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely view of the lagoon. Walking distance to the beach. Close to several restaurants.

The condo upon arrival was perfect. Clean and comfortable ready for our week. This location is perfect for my daughters to get out in the lagoon with their paddle boards, swim in the pool, walk along Little Lagoon trail, or head to the ocean.
This is our second year staying at this location and in this condo. Will likely return for our future vacations.

We enjoyed staying at the Compass Point condo. Best condo for the money and very roomy. The views were great. It was very clean and had plenty of coffee pots. Not a good place to stay if you drive an EV.

the balcony and the view was unbeatable, we sat out every morning watching the fish fly, pools light up so pretty at night and the breeze off the water keeps it nice an cool, anytime we were in the room we sat outside, my kids never even wanted to watch tv the whole trip. washer and dryer def came in handy from all the sand at the beach that comes home with you no matter what you do. the indoor pool was under construction and that was a bummer but no a deal breaker. we still had plenty to do.

Gulf Shores Rentals were great. I had an issue with the refrigerator - it would not cool. They sent their maintenance person who referred it to a trained professional. They worked on it for hours and the refrigerator did cool but the professional recommended that the refrigerator be replaced. A new refrigerator/freezer was delivered within days.
I was very impressed with this service. This unit does have older sofa not that comfortable for sleeping. The indoor pool is closed due to repair issues. Since it is winter I felt the rental price was too high for the condition of the property.

We are a family of 5 and this was perfect for our long weekend! It was a peaceful area...you look out onto the bay off the balcony! I could sit and watch my teens fish and swim from the balcony! It was perfect! The walk to the beach was not far at all and for us, just right! The overall cleanliness of the condo was good. We packed light and ate out so space was good enough for us. If you’re more than 5 people or are planning to stay in more than out, you might like a little more space, but for us it was great and if we revisit the area, we will certainly see if this property is available! Perfect for my fiancé and I. Wonderful location. Huge balcony. The couches and some others could be updated. The shower doors won’t stay on track. Tiny tv in the bedroom. There’s only maybe 5 tables at the pool, which fill up really quick. You have to be on a mission to be able to grab a chair��

Condo does need better seating maybe a recliner or two.

We like the location and have stayed in this complex before. The unit was outdated which we didn’t really mind but could use a deep clean. The bathroom sink did not drain at all and bubbled when the toilet was flushed.

We were able to go to the check-in office and receive our information through a drop box where we were provided a code for the door. Entry was easy, and the rental was spotless. Amazing views, quiet location, a perfectly relaxing stay. Check out was just as easy as well.

Compass Point was an excellent choice for what we needed to get away. Very peaceful and quite. Everyone was very friendly. Beautiful sunsets were a plus.
