Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproofrestore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 800am through 500pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
