This was our second time renting this property, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The room is clean, comfortable, exactly as advertised and best of all, no surprises. The first thing that hits you when you open the door is the beautiful view of the gulf. The rules that are in place are easy to understand and easy to follow. The pool is clean and the beach is beautiful.

Great view and location. Large and comfortable condo with good amenities. So nice to walk down to the pool and beach rather than have to take the elevator. The pool noise is not as bad as you might think, although privacy is hard to come by without closing the blinds.

Reservation was so easy to make and pay. The weather was great and the condo was wonderful, lots of room and very quiet even though we were on the first floor. We would recommend The Pearl of Navarre to everyone..

Loved staying at The Pearl. Condo was very nice and clean. The outside area around the condo was very well maintained. Loved Navarre Beach. We are already booked in the same Condo for next year.

Really enjoyed Paradise Beach Properties - would definitely work with this group again.
Pros:
- Every beach condo has crowded elevators. Being on the 2nd floor was awesome to just walk up and down one flight of stairs and not fight the crowds
- Property management group was wonderful to work with
- Condo was clean and had everything we needed
Considerations on the property:
- Pool was ok but needs updates. It can get crowded and the week we went, there was a ton of people reserving seats at 5am so hard to get a chair.
- We had internet issues. Property management group was super helpful in trouble-shooting and very responsive. But the internet isn't great if this is a requirement for your stay.

The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was wonderful and the short distance to the beach and the pool was very convenient. The staff at the rental agency were very welcoming and kind . Would definitely stay here again !!!!!

We loved this condo! Super-clean, adorably decorated and in a great location. We didn't want to leave! The only issue we had was with the wi-fi connection, which caused us some issues, due to the fact my daughter had online college course assignments to complete! The master bath jacuzzi didn't work either, but that wasn't a deal breaker. I stay at several condo. units each year, and I give this one a 10/10!

The Condo was absolutely one of the best ones we have ever stayed at! The pictures don’t do it justice, Extremely Gorgeous! Very well kept! The View was Phenomenal, and the access to the Beach was So Perfect for our family of 5. The Whole Area was extremely Beautiful and we will definitely pick this place for future bookings! The Staff were so Nice & Helpful through the whole process of booking and while we were there

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Was just the right size for two couples. It was very clean and in great shape. We loved the location of The Pearl. I would go back to this location and condo again!

This condo exceeded all our expectations. It is very nicely decorated and well appointed. It is very clean and so comfortable. The owners thought of every amenity. Also, it is only one flight up, so you do not have to mess with elevators, and the boardwalk to the beach is super short. Overall, it is a perfect place to stay, and we would love to return in the future.

My room was very lovely. Clean and just as described. I would recommend to anyone traveling and wanting to stay in a more laid back area but still close enough to Pensacola Beach that offers shopping and food. The local people are great here.
