Building renovations are currently ongoing at Pelican Pointe and are scheduled to last through Fall, 2022. These renovations include concrete work and balcony railing replacement and involve worker activity, swing scaffolding, the use of loud power equipment, and periodic restricted balcony access. In addition, the outdoor pool is scheduled to be closed for the entire month of August.
THINGS TO KNOW
Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
