The condo was perfect for stay. It was clean and comfortable.
My family has been renting various units in this building for over 20 years and I would definitely rent this one again!! The communication from the management company was stellar!

From the moment we arrived, this beach getaway exceeded all expectations. The shoreline, with its soft white sand and clear turquoise waters, felt like a postcard come to life. Each morning greeted us with breathtaking sunrises and the soothing sound of waves, making it impossible not to relax and unwind.

The room was just as described! I had read other reviews about the high bed. It was but was not an issue for us. Also reviews about shower door. They have remodeled and it is a beautiful walk in shower. No door. Location was nice! Any questions I had were answered promptly by text. We would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was perfect! It exceeded our expectations, having everything we needed. The condo as well as all of the property grounds of Regency Isle were super clean. We very much enjoyed our stay, and we hope to stay in this into again! Loved it!

We were super comfortable in this rental! It was so clean and cozy and felt so luxurious! Yes, the reviews were accurate about the bed being high and the shower door being wonky but these by no means demolished the delightfulness of this condo. The balcony really was huge and we loved the Adirondack style balcony furniture. Would have love a table out there but we still ate dinner out there on the little side tables. Decor was beautiful and my husband loved the recliner. I loved how comfortable the bed is and loved the light quilts on the bed.

This property is beautiful! Very clean and well-stocked. Beds were very comfy and everything was beautifully decorated! Condo is across from the elevators and we loved that. I would definitely return to this property . . . just wish you could have made the weather cooperate for us! LOL

We went for a weekend beach trip. Checkin and check out was a breeze. Access to the beach was right there. Walk out of elevator to the walkway and boom on beach. Rooms were clean and management answered any questions.

Very maintained. Grounds were beautiful and maintained. No trash, easy access to the beach. Condo itself was beautifully decorated, up-to-date, and very clean. Only downfall was trying to figure out how to park and where to park. Great communication with company. Except for when we checked out, there was no follow up that they received the check out message.

The location was great, right on the beach. We enjoyed using the gas grills. The description of the property was accurate and it was well maintained and clean. The master king bed is very high and had a step stool to get in. The shower door didn’t close well unless you lift up on the handle slightly. We had trouble with Dish satellite box in the living room multiple times. The first 4 days we had no beach access as the beach was being worked on. The first full week we had times when we couldn’t use our balcony as it was being painted. The second through fourth weeks the outside pool was closed as they were working on the deck.

The shower door in the main bathroom would not shut properly. The hot tub outside worked periodically. Check out instructions were not clear. I never received a call back when I left a message.

The condo was very nice. Just a few things we noticed that this condo didn’t have that other condos we have rented in the past did. The shower in the master bath could use updated. Beach chairs and other beach items would have been nice. Overall the experience was great. Thank you!
