Pensacola Crawfish Festival

Friday, April 29th from Noon-11PM 16,000 pounds of boiled crawfish with Cajun dishes such as red beans and rice, boudin balls, seafood gumbo, etouffee, jambalaya, and Cajun pasta will also be available in addition to traditional festival fare. Saturday, April 30th from 10AM-11PM Sunday, May 1st from 11AM-5PM
