this is the second year in a row we rented 103 ariola and both years were exceptional! the house is perfect for as many as 10 people and had every amenity we needed! very conveniently located. close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! paradise beach rentals made the whole process effortless! well done!!

This was the perfect little place for a girl’s trip! It was just the right size and had everything we needed as well as being right across from the beach. The garden area was like an oasis! We enjoyed eating outside and sitting around the fire pit. We will definitely try to get back here next year!!!

Took me awhile to decide on this rental but it was worth it. Great location. Plenty of room. Fenced yard was a little small but wonderful. People in house behind very close but not bad. House was beautiful. The company and place you pick up keys was also very close. No problems while staying. The only bad thing I would say is the room we decided to sleep in was down stairs and had I think the air condition unit in it. It is very loud but not a big issue.

This house was fantastic for our family getaway. Prime location literally 20 steps to beach access. Quiet here on the beach too. The home is completely outfitted to feel like a home away and an oasis amongst all the tall mega houses. Easily sleeps 8 in beds. Downstairs main bed and bath are a bonus for those not wanting to navigate any stairs. Kitchen is well appointed and has all the kitchen tools/gadgets you would have in your own home. The most beautiful area is the backyard-outdoor dining for eight, green egg, separate grill, shaded swing, outdoor shower with warm water, side shaded patio with loungers and fire pit. Plenty of beach chairs and a wagon too. Easy access to walkable dining. Truly a beautiful find on a beautiful beach.

This house has beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen and outdoor areas with any and all utensils, dishes and flatwear. Beds were comfy with a nice layout for privacy. Location made beach access so convenient. Totally recommend!

This is a place that can be rented any time of the year with all the amenities it has. Gas grill, egg smoker, multiple outside areas to hang out. The large table outside the dining room. The fire pit outside the main bedroom, the balcony off the large upstairs room. Walk across the street to the beach.If your reading this please don't rent it I'd like it to be available just for me. ������ Enjoy your stay we loved it. I like to thank the owners for the nice place and managment for the clean house.

Thank you to Paradise Beach Homes for a wonderful week. Mermaid Oasis was very private and fun for our family week in Pensacola. It was great for family of all ages with a ton of room for dinners and private seating areas throughout, inside and outside in the yard. It was well equipped for grilling outside for large families. If we have a reason to return to Pensacola Beach, we will certainly stay here again.

This was our second year to stay at this home so we knew how warm and inviting it was. Whoever upgraded this house spared no expense. Kitchen is top shelf, as are finishes, baths, living room furnishings and the landscaping is over the top. It’s very comfortable. There were 6 adults in our party and we were all very comfortable. The location to the beach and easy access is better than some beach homes. It is right across the street from one of the beach accesses with the mesh mat that goes right out to the dunes, so rolling carts are a breeze to use. We have loved staying at this property.

This home is a real gem. The home is large, comfortable, well appointed and stocked if you lije to cook and entertain, and the perfect setting for family and friends get togethers. The outside patio has a large stone table, grill, green egg, ice maker, and the most beautiful and tranquil setting on the beach. (Aside from the beach itaelf!) It's beautifully decorated and you can feel the love and care that went into making it inviting. It's not your typical "beach condo decor" which made it feel so much more like home. I would recommend in every way.

We were celebrating our mom’s 80 birthday. The entire enjoyed the house & the beach; could not keep the children from exploring the beach. We would stay here again. By the way the property had sufficient space & equipped with many of the items we needed. The chefs in the family loved the kitchen and outdoor grounds. Thanks for the experience.

We had a great time-house was very clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The backyard patio is really nice. A short walk across residential street to the beach. Less than 3 min. drive to nearby restaurants and 10 min. drive to Publix. Hot water didnt work upstairs when we arrived but they fixed the problem within a couple hours.

The experience was perfect from start to finish. Paradise Beach Homes was so easy to work with for pickup/drop off of keys. The house was in perfect shape and clearly well sanitized before our arrival. The decor and layout of the house was perfect to host our large family - four bedrooms, a huge kitchen/living space and an amazing backyard. Kitchen was fully stocked with bar ware, bake/cook ware and serve ware - there was even an ice maker and grill outside that was perfect for outdoor meals. We were STEPS to a relaxing beach and an easy walk to bars/restaurants. Would highly recommend Paradise Beach Homes and this specific home to future renters!
