This is a great house, and the location is wonderful, would stay here again. Everything was clean and worked properly, no complaints. The beach is great. This is my eighth beach house rental (for Gulf and Atlantic) and this was one of our top three homes. Also, the owner has a great setup if your family enjoys family movie nights as much as we do.

We had a great stay at the Sandcastle. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had an issue with the main tv and it was fixed immediately. Our only complaint was 2 of the 3 full size beds could use new mattresses. They had pretty intense dips in the middle of each mattress. That was our only complaint, otherwise it was great.

We had 8 adults during the 2nd week of June 2024. The house was very clean and comfortable for 8 guests. The kitchen had nice appliances (including a gas range) and everything we needed. The A/C kept the house cool and comfortable all week. The covered parking underneath is nice, but it's a tight fit. There is a slightly deeper hole between the sandbars in the Gulf right in front of this house that was full of bait fish and larger fish for those interested in fishing. The main negative was that there is no boardwalk over the dunes which was challenging for our 3 elderly guests in their 80's walking through the sand at an incline. Also, the mattress in the bedroom with the computer desk is worn out and needs replacing. We let the rental company know. Finally, this house is set back slightly from those on either side. The view is still great, but there isn't much of a breeze on the porch if it's not from some southerly direction. Minor issues. We very much enjoyed the house and would recommend to others. Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with.

PBH always provides a 5 Star experience. House was amazing, perfect location for my 83+ parents, easy access right on the beach. Kitchen was amazing with everything you could possibly need. I will stay in this house again for sure. The only issue we had was that one of the bedrooms sheets were filled with sand. So either clean sheets were dropped or they forgot to change them... not sure which.

The property was overall great. The spare bathroom doors were hard to open and shut. They did not lock either. The views were awesome and the walk to the sand and water was very short. Great location!

We came to Florida for us to get married along side our families. The house could not have been more perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed for a fun week together! We have already discussed coming back for many more trips and hope we can always rent this house!!

We rented this house for extended family who assembled for a nephew's wedding. Very well-equipped, plenty of room, and great location. We particularly enjoyed all the comfortable furniture on the shaded porch.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! We did have trouble connection the tv, but maintenance was sent immediately and solved the problem. The kitchen was well stocked and house was clean. We even received a email that we could check in early. My entire family raved about the house. I will rent this property again.

Excellent we rent a home from Paradise almost twice a year for the last several years as family members for across the country and each home is always top notch, never a problem always easy and comfortable, clean and well equipped

We really enjoyed it. The kitchen,dining area and sitting area is one big space that lends itself to eating and entertaining. Very well decorated. The back porch was nice with a great view of the beach and gulf. The whole house has been updated. We were there off season, in November.

The house is lovely. We had no problems except the ice maker which was quickly fixed. Our only concern was lack of good lighting in the main living area. Many of the overhead ceiling lights did not work. We have been renting from Paradise for at least 20 years and have always been pleased.
