The house was beautiful and located just steps from the beach access path. The layout of the home was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I appreciated that the majority of the beds were king and queen sizes. Often in rentals, they squeeze in more twin, full size and bunk beds which are not comfortable for most adults. There were lots of beach toys and a wagon for the little ones and the pool was a hit with everyone. Will definitely rent again on our next trip.

It was so convenient 2-minute walk to the beach. The pool was very clean, and so was the house. Everything we needed was stocked well in kitchen. Loved the extra fridge they had downstairs.

Pensacola Beach never disappoints. This house was absolutely amazing! The pool and location to the beach was perfect. We highly recommend this house and would book again in the future!

We traveled to Pensacola Beach for a Family Reunion. This property had everything! Plenty of room, beautiful views, super close access to the beach/water, fabulous private pool, lots of extra pool/beach toys, well equipped kitchen! Bedrooms were spacious with private baths! No complaints here!

This house was wonderful. It exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The house was clean and fresh, pool was fantastic, and the walk to the beach was short. We had plenty of room for our family and really enjoyed the outdoor spaces.

We were a group of 11 for the last week in July. Grandparents, 4 parents, and 5 grandchildren. We've been coming to Pensacola for many years as a family, and all agreed this is the best house, yet. Plenty of room for all, and a nice pool. Great view of the ocean with no house across the street from ours. Very convenient.

We have stayed in Pensacola Beach many times always with Paradise Beach Homes. This particular home was absolutely perfect and met all of our needs. The location near the beach, the layout of the floor plan, the landscaping and pool, the cleanliness were all perfect. The back deck and front porch were used both to watch fireworks over the Santa Rosa sound from the upper level back deck and for watching the blue angels show from the front porch and beach.. We highly would recommend this home and Paradise Beach Homes. We look forward to our next family vacation in 2024 at TV!

This house is amazing...wonderful view with beach just a few steps away. Pool is great with plenty of outdoor seating, and house set up with each of 4 bedrooms having their own bathroom is really perfect. Lots of beach/pool toys, beach wagon, cooler, extra garage refrigerator, games available. Free trolley into town with trolley stop just a very short walk (only a block or so) is very convenient.

Great house, good close location to the beach. The pool is nice and large so the kids and family loved it. Overall the house was great and spacious. Only one complaint if I had one is I couldn’t find scissors! But that was it.

My family had a great week at this beautiful home. The accommodations were perfect. Spacious home, beautiful pool with landscaping and so close to the beach!! Home was clean and very updated. We also really enjoyed the fireworks and Blue Angels Show for July 4th right from our beach area or balcony. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

This was the ideal family vacation! We were a party of 6 adults and 4 kids and we had so much fun! There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. There was even a beach cart in the garage full of sand toys and floats. We usually stay in a large condo building but never again! We are already planning our next stay at this wonderful house!

We have stayed here before and will again. We had 4 generations of family and all had a great time. Especially enjoyed the fabulous pool and hot tub and the front porch rockers! All we needed was provided and all look forward to next year.

What a fabulous place to spend our vacation. The location is perfect as the beach is right up the street.The pool is huge to enjoy and has plenty of chairs around it to lounge on.
the landscape is lovely. The interior of the house is open floor plan with large bedrooms, and kitchen. The living room has large windows looking out to the pool.
The very large porch is also a favorite place to be.

Best trip ever!! The house was absolutely beautiful, and the pool/landscaping was out of this world gorgeous. Loved the tiled turtles in the bottom of the pool. The beach was excellent and not crowded. We will definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with our beach rental. The home was beautiful and very nicely furnished. Very comfortable and with great views. It was across the street from the beach which was convenient. We were able to leave our beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach all day. The rental company was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we contacted them. They contacted us as soon as the house was ready on Saturday which we appreciated. Will rent again from Paradise beach rental. We would also rent this home again!!

Our group consists of older, former Navy guys + spouses. We have been renting the house for several years now, and love the place. The rain and wind storm during our stay exposed some weaknesses, such as leaking sliding doors. Overall, the place is great, and we hope to stay there several more times

We had 3 families in this home and was very comfortable. The house is in a great location and is right across the road from the beach. The property management company was great to work with and very accommodating. If I had one complaint, it would have to be the fact that there was no outside furniture on any of the private bedroom decks and the only furniture on the lower deck was 2 picnic tables in the back and 4 rocking chairs on the front. I felt like when we weren't at the beach we had to be inside because there are no comfortable seats outside to lounge around in. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would recommend it to anyone interested in having a great house by the beach with gulf views from the front of the house and views of the bay from the private bedroom decks on the second level.

The house was great.... clean, open and well appointed... only problem was that the beach (across the street) was being extended with bull dossiers, pipe, and workers.... no advance notice and no ability to use it.... had to go to Navarre to use the beach..... difficult with 8 kids... D>

This lovely home with wonderful ocean views from all through the house was enjoyed by every guest. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The rocking chairs on the front porch were perfect for our experiencing the beauty and sounds of the gulf.

This is a beautiful and spacious house with contemporary furniture and decor. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable chairs on the wraparound porch, and only having to walk across the tiny street in order to experience the beach. Several good family-friendly restaurants close by such as Flounders and Red Fish Blue Fish. Problems: Unfortunately, most of the house was dusty and dirty (shelves, cabinets, drawers, counters had bits of food, hair, and sand). Our downstairs bedroom was VERY dirty (LAYERS of dust on ceiling fan and furniture, pieces of food and hair and an earring on the mattress, food and dead bugs on the carpet.) The manager did respond promptly to our complaints by having our bedroom cleaned again the next day; however, areas of the carpet and furniture remained dirty. We did not ask for the rest of the house to be recleaned; we just did it ourselves. The house vacuum could not be used because too dirty. A burner on the stove kept turning itself on (fire hazard), but not fixed despite reporting it. The bedroom configuration was not as described in the advertisement (which stated 3 bedrooms upstairs, one downstairs) which caused a problem for napping children).
Regardless of above, everyone had a wonderful time and loved this beach house!

We had a wonderful experience at the house. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived.
The house works for our group number. Everyone has their own private space and this is very important!

We loved this house and will likely be back. The open/spacious floor plan and the 3/4 wrap around porch was very nice and relaxing. The light switches were rather ridiculous. Some were backwards and others we never could figure out what they went to. The fan/light switch down stairs was actually controlling our fan/light up stairs too. Rather odd, but nothing we couldn't manage. Location was nice as well. It's several miles down the beach from all the condos so the beach was never overly crowded. Would highly recommend this property.
