The house was very clean and perfect for hosting our family. Plenty of room and one of the best views of the Ocean in that area, from the porch. Beach access was easy. Great memories were made with family and friends this weekend for our daughter’s wedding. Only negative was one mattress out of all the beds, was hard not very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

We loved this home! The home was well maintained and very clean. The location was easy to find and access from the main roads. There is a plethora of restaurants and shops in the area, but we catered most of the meals to minimize our need to leave the house. The beach is easily accessible and the view was lovely. The deck was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this house to others. This home is our top location for future stays. My many thanks for the lovely stay.

Everything was just a we expected. We love drinking our coffee under the porch overhang first thing every morning. The beds were very comfortable except for the queens in the front street side. Son says those need replacing. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Lots of new glasses! Great having two dishwashers and an ice maker. We re-upped for next year!

We have 11 family member travel every summer. This is the first time in this home. It was not the fanciest but was the most comfortable home we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room to spread out, great location, close to an uncrowded beach and very clean. Plenty of things to see and do. We loved it so much we have already reserved it for next year.

The house was able to, more than, my wife and I, my daughters family of 4, my mother and my son with room to spare. The kitchen and family room were huge and of course the beach was beautiful.

We loved the patio covered and open offered a great view, and the concrete space under the home was a great place to BBQ because we had a little rain to deal with. Overall a great home well stocked

We absolutely loved our stay here at the wedding house. The floor plan was well thought out and we had everything we needed for our 12 guests. We hosted my wedding here and it was the most perfect venue for the most perfect day. We comfortably fit a dance floor, picture wall, decoration and gift tables, buffet tables, and tables and seating for 50 guests. It was PERFECT! No details were missed at check-in, they even gave us the sweetest frame with shells to hold one of our wedding pictures. We can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time renting this home. As usual it was clean and in excellent shape. It checked all the boxes for the group we had this year. Kitchen is well stocked. All the rooms are clean and fit each participant well. The parking area is very large and can support up to 8 cars. The home is close to the center of the island, but far enough away from the public access. Overall, our stay was twice as nice from 2 years ago.

We found the house very functional. The covered space on the deck, the kitchen, six bathrooms and bedrooms, perfect kitchen, well supplied kitchen. The only problem was the broken top rack of the dish washer. It was perfect for our group of 8 and would have served more. I plan to reserve this house for next summer as well. This is my 15th summer week on Pensacola Beach with Paradise Beach Homes..all wonderful.

Thanks for a wonderul stay! Entire family with grandkids had the best time. Best was sitting on the deck while little kids played in the sand below the deck. Saved adults lots of time to enjoy eachother's company while the kids played where we could see them :)

304 Ariola was the perfect location for our family vacation. The deck was spacious and provided panoramic views of the emerald green waters and white sand beach. Private beach access in the back yard. Close to several great local restaurants. Everyone had their own private room and bath. My only critique would be they did not provide hand soap for any of the bathrooms.

Been renting vacation homes from Paradise beach homes since 2004. Have always enjoyed our stays. They are always helpful and we have had many wonderful family vacations in Pensacola Beach.

This house was so perfect for our family of 11. So roomy. The kitchen had so many dishes and extras. Huge refrigerators. Plenty of seating. Beautiful view. Just get your towel and toys and walk out door to the beach. We rented this for a wedding. The covered area was perfect. Definitely 10 stars! Thank you for such a great experience! Grandsons begged to be able to stay forever��

We had our entire family on this property for the week. It was awesome! Plenty of room to sit and visit, play games and, of course, eat. A good location; only a short walk to the beach or to a small shopping center.
We had 3 children under 3yo and adequate room under the house for them to play in the sand.
Overall it was a great time!

We hosted a wedding here and it was absolutely perfect! Most of the wedding party stayed in the house and it was great, plenty of room and the double refridge was a big plus. Looking into staying again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. You could not beat the location. It was so nice being able to walk right out onto the beach. The property description was exactly what we encountered. The two refrigerators really came in handy. The house was clean and very well maintained. We went to several local restaurants, which were just a short drive away. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement is sound absorbing panels or rugs. There are all solid surfaces in the house and there is nothing to absorb the sound. I understand rugs are hard to clean with all of the sand. But maybe some curtain panels or wall hangings to not bounce the sound around so much. We will definitely stay here again!

House has a great floor plan, everything we needed was there, felt like a home away from home, wonderful access to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Not a deal breaker for us but all beds were squeaky and the couches need to be updated.

New mattresses are needed. None of the beds were comfortable. Need instructions on how to operate thermostat. Location is perfect. South facing in winter provides sunrise and sunset views. Absolutely beautiful. Very quiet area and practically had the beach to ourselves!

This is the second time we rented this property. It's a great house, and very well laid out. As before, my suggestion would be a walkway to the beach as most of the beach houses have. That's what's missing at this house. The house was ready to go except for the MBR shower, which had significant mold. However, the staff at Paradise was fantastic at getting that taken care of immediately, and the manager of housekeeping was outstanding in getting it done perfectly. Definitely recommend both this house and Paradise Beach Homes!

Great location. House was perfect for 8 adults and 9 children ages 15 to 1.
House could use some outside maintenance.Doors not closing properly. No recycle cans?? Smoke detectors should be checked. Had to unclog one bathroom sink.

8 adults, 5 children and one dog rented this home for my father in law's 90th birthday celebration and it was more than perfect. My children and grandchildren stayed with my husband and me and we all had our own, clean, bright, sleeping quarters and ample room to enjoy our time on the beach. I have spoken highly of this home to my friends and recommend it to anyone needing a larger rental! 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, large washer and dryer, everything you need!

We love the layout of this house. All 6 bedrooms on the same level. And all but one bedroom has a private bath which is great for families with little ones. Open living area with kitchen and dining area. Covered partial deck. The only complaint I have is the mattress in the Master Bedroom was not very comfortable BUT when loading car to leave a new mattress was delivered!

We rented this beautiful home to celebrate my Dad's 90th Birthday and it was an amazing experience. The home inside and out was beautiful and the view was spectacular, sunrise to sunset! Every bedroom and every bathroom was so clean and comfortable. The home is soundproof, so even in bedrooms you can have peace and quite. The kitchen, dinning area and living room were perfect for having family together and not feel crowded or cramped. All of my family and friends wanted to know how to rent this property in the future. And my 90 year old Dad would spend his 91st here too! Enjoy this beautiful property you will not be disappointed.

This house far exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a large family or group. Every bedroom has its own bathroom providing privacy. The back covered deck provides views of both the sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed every second of our stay and highly recommend.

We had an amazingly wonderful time while we stayed at the Ariola 304 property. The reasons that location was rented was the table on the back porch on the beach, the great long table in the main room and of course ALL the other rooms and amenities!! We were so very pleased to have the additional refrigerator on the bottom floor for the drinks and the birthday cake :) and the bar area with the unlimited ice away from the main kitchen area couldn't have been better. The bathroom access for the 20 persons that were there for the actual birthday party on Saturday was perfect to include the tables were everyone could congregate and then the pictures off of the porch overlooking the Gulf were fabulous!!
There were a couple of items as far as maintenance that need to be addressed but overall the place was a 10!!

We rented the 304 Ariola house from Paradise Beach Homes for our wedding. A week before our wedding the emerald coast got hit with a Cat 1 hurricane. We were worried about damage to the house, but thankfully it was fine. There was an excess of sand underneath the house -where our reception would take place and PBH made sure to clean it all off prior to us checking in. They also made sure to clean the windows and the glass surrounding the deck. The house was spotless- a lot cleaner than the house my in laws rented down the street. The bedrooms are large and have tons of storage space and every bedroom but 1 of the kings have their own ensuite bathroom. That bedroom can use the guest bathroom in the hall. The huge fridge and freezer meet our needs the 4 days we stayed there and we also used the fridge downstairs as well. The underneath worked perfectly for our small wedding reception of around 50 people. If we go back down to Pensacola we will think about renting this house again. The only bad thing is that all the fees and taxes were about equal to the rent of the house-so keep that in mind when renting. ( we did have an event fee that was non refundable as well)

Five adult girl cousins from five different states stayed at this beautiful beach home for our annual cousin getaway trip. We loved it!!! Not surprisingly, this was a bit pricier than other places we've gone, but the location, the view, the accommodations, the comfort, etc. was well worth it! Down the steps, over the dune path, and we were on the beach! I am already thinking this would be a great place to have an extended family gathering!

The beach house was perfect for our daughter's wedding. We were there Friday through Monday and enjoyed every minute. There was plenty of room to have the reception in the house and of course the ceremony on the beach despite hurricane Irma! It is however stocked with very little supplies, 1 roll of tp per bathroom, zero cleaning supplies (it needed a little cleaning upon arrival-sticky floors,counters,dead bugs,etc).After fixing that stuff5, it was a wonderful event and they were extremely nice at office too! Would definitely book again!

We have stayed @ 304 Ariola 4 times since it was new. Location, layout and management has been great with the exception of changing check-in time to 5pm and most night lights were inoperable. The next items are for the owners: the house is greatly in need of general maintenance. Most door knobs need to be replaced. A lot of windows have lost the seal and are foggy. Exterior doors need to be adjusted to close easier.
