We booked this home so that we could have a final weekend before our oldest daughter got married. She’s the oldest of our five children and now our family has expanded! The weekend at the house was perfect for us and it was very close to the wedding venue. Would definitely stay here again with our family.

Great location. Clean. Has everything you need. Close to the beach and bay. Beach is not crowded. Will be back! The only downside was it was too hot for everyone to enjoy the stuff downstairs, but we still had a great time!

Beautiful home... plenty of space The only complaints: 2 of the eyes on the stove did not work and the downstairs smelled musty. The home was as was better than I hoped. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house had everything you could need to get you through the week. The shower in the master bedroom was the best shower I have ever took on any trip. The only downside was the internet never did work properly and had problems with the lights downstairs. Would definitely return to this house if in the area again.

One of the best homes we've rented in Pensacola Beach!
The house has a great layout! It is beautiful and has access to the community pool, sound and gulf is just across the street. The garage area is massive with a tiki bar, tv, ping pong table, any many more fun things for a family to enjoy. The only downside, there isn't a covered area for sitting outside. We have already booked it for next summer

We had such a great stay! The house was close to the beach and the bay side. We had easy access to the trolley stops. The house looked just like the pictures, it was beautiful and clean. All of our guest had plenty of room. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. We would recommend this house!

This rental was everything we could have hoped for! Extremely clean, beautiful kitchens and bathrooms, awesome decore, amenities, and supplies. Although we brought towels, there were plenty to accomodate the family. We would definitely stay here again and again. Looking forward to our next visit and booking!

Nice house, very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Pensacola Beach- but not too far away! My only suggestion would be in the two queen room is to have one big mirror in the bathroom instead of two smaller ones. Since there are two mirrors and not two sinks and only one sink you cannot see in the mirror.

House was nicely furnished and equipped in kitchen. Plenty of room and sleeping arrangements for of of our 14 guest. Would highly recommend this house,and will rent again

Beautiful house!!! Several areas to sleep even though there are only 3 bedrooms. The big surprise was the size of the family room downstairs that let the kids be away from the parental figures for awhile - it was huge! Nice area away from all the crazy traffic too! I also echo others in saying how clean it was!
We were initially concerned about the check in time due to our area getting dark at 5pm and we were allowed to check in much earlier. We really appreciated this!

This house was just what my family needed,we loved everything about this home and neighborhood.Daily walks on the beach,which was so close, is such a bonus as well was the community pool.
Would definitely recommend, we totally enjoyed every minute of our stay.

It was a beautiful place for my family and a few friends too gather to remember my son, who had recently passed away. It was serene and peaceful. Only difficulties were with a few electrical outlets were non-functional and there were a couple kitchen drawers and hardware that needed repair.

Pensacola Beach started out as a stopping point on our way to Sarasota, Fl. & on our way back home....but we fell in love with the area & now it’s a destination! So we went from staying in a beach hotel room to renting condos.
This was our first time renting Ensenada Marbella 30 - we really enjoyed it. The floor plan, the wall colors, the furniture, the coastal decorations, appliances - wonderful! Once you walk up the exterior stairs the home is on one level. The view of the Bay from the living room is nice & having the patio to sit on to look at is great! You have a gulf side view from the glass door in the entryway & that’s beautiful. We loaded our car with our beach buggy, chairs & all things needed for the beach & turned right or left to park at a boardwalk nearby. You can also cross the street & walk on a dune path - we did both.
I can highly recommend renting this home - the subdivision is small & nice to take a walk in to look at the cute pastel colored homes. This is only the second home we’ve rented on the bay side - normally we prefer beach front, but location & the home being so nice we don’t seem to mind it.
I must say though that no rental is perfect, but I believe in reporting any issues so they can be corrected. I appreciate being able to rent this coastal home from the owners, but I do want to stress that hospitality whether a hotel or house is so important for us as the renters - please always remember that! Please note: this home does not provide beach towels, chairs or beach toys - some do, some don’t.

We were extremely impressed and thrilled with this property. The pictures online looked great, but the house is even better in person. It appeared to have been very recently and nicely remodeled. The kitchen is extremely spacious with a huge refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, and a large island with several benches and color changing LED lights, and it was very well-stocked with everything we needed. The open concept kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for a large group. It was also convenient having the half bath off the main living area in addition to each bedroom having its own full bathroom. With no houses in front, next to, or behind this house, we could see the ocean from the front deck and the sound/bay from the back balcony. The unfinished basement was perfect storage for our beach gear and not only included a fun tiki bar and a giant Jenga game, but a ping pong table was also delivered and set up at the beginning of our trip which provided even more entertainment. The only minor maintenance issue that we had (with the locks on the doors) was promptly and professionally resolved by property management. We would definitely highly recommend this house!
