Beautiful House! We had a wonderful experience through out the entire process of renting, checking in and out and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our first time staying in this beautiful home. We’ve been coming to Pensacola Beach for decades and love everything about it. Having a comfortable home to share with our family of 6 adults and 3 children (ages 5 months-60’s) is important to us. There was plenty of room, especially in the family room/kitchen area for all of us to be together. More space than the photos show. The pool and yard were perfect and the grass areas allowed us to play games without having to be on the sand. The outdoor shower was a nice bonus, and although we didn’t use th game room, it was also an added bonus if we needed it. The garage space was nice to have and is equipped with many beach toys and equipment. (We left some for others to use too!) As others mentioned, LOTS of stairs in this house, so if they give you a problem, it may not be the home for you.The rooftop was the perfect place for early morning sunrises and such a peaceful setting. Couple things we’d like to see changed...1 other than wine glasses, there were no plastic glasses or cups to use poolside. The wine glasses were tippy and not great around the pool. More acrylic plates, cups, etc should be available. 2.the washer and dryer in the primary bedroom closet is not ideal. Very small amount of space to hang things and difficult to use the machines if you did hang in the one spot that worked. Other than those minor things, we would love to come back and enjoy this great home again next year!

We had a very good stay and the location is perfect. The pool was excellent, big enough for 3 families. The rental agency was good to work with. On the flip side, the Master Bedroom closet was taken up by a washer/dryer - Could not hang closes. There was no ice making machine and the fridge put out virtually no ice cubes. The 28 steps to the kitchen/main living area gave us much exercise.

We had a great stay at the Sea Dawg house! Three families with eight adults and five children of all ages stayed and had plenty of room! The house was well equipped and a short walk to the beach, which was made easier by the beach cart that was available! The kids enjoyed the game room and pool was the perfect way to end our days at the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so big - definitely a plus with a large family. We loved the large pool, the short walk to the beach, the real grass for a yard and the quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time and enjoyed this house for our family Thanksgiving 2022! Nice house with many amenities!, fully stocked kitchen, great play room and a pool! There are many steps and a lift would be helpful! Please add some front motion lights—it is difficult to see walkway in the dark.

This home was perfect for four couples and three single adults. We arrived from Canada, Michigan, South Florida and Texas. Wish we had booked for longer!! Quick walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Beds were comfortable! Would book again!

We had an amazing experience for our family vacation. The house was clean and very nice upon our arrival, and described perfectly. Our only complaint is there are no outside lights other than around the stairs. We brought corn hold boards and would've liked to play them at night, but we couldn't see. Other than that no issues, we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay this Summer here. The pool and yard were so enjoyable and relaxing. Super easy walk to The Gulf. One of the air conditioners was not working when we arrived and Paradise Beach Homes had a crew out there minutes after we got in and fixed within 30 minutes. I would definitely stay at this location again and recommend to others.

The location of this house was amazing. From watching the fireworks to the Blue Angels we had an amazing view. The pool is much larger than the pictures show and very well maintained. Game room is fun however some items need replacing or fixed. It wouldn’t prevent me from renting this house again. The house was always cool. Air conditioners worked well. Plenty of towels and all linens were clean. We really enjoyed this rental.

Great house to bring together family and friends. The pool was excellent and the bedroom situation (6 total) allowed multiple families to stay in one place. The property was clean and well maintained with convenient access to the beach.

This was our family vacation and the home was perfect. The kids loved the game room and pool. The adults loved the rooftop view and we sat there after the kids were in bed. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was well stocked.

We’ve been visiting the area since 2006 and have used Paradise Beach Homes for every stay in Pensacola Beach - and they have always made our trips stress free. This trip was no exception. The home was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We were slightly concerned about the stairs, and there are many, but by the 2nd day we were pretty acclimated. The stairwell is essentially a tower offsetting the separate floors and there is a landing every 6 steps or so. There is a cased opening as you enter each floor so if you have a wide baby gate, you can separate the area from the stairwell for the littles. (We honestly thought the stairs would pose a bigger problem for the toddlers, but they are tucked away and we never felt the need to use the gate we brought) The main living area is on the 3rd floor so have everyone ready when the groceries are delivered to limit the number of trips up the stairs! We found the house to be really quiet due to the layout. The room directly below the living area could hear morning traffic (toddlers) but none of the other rooms reported any noise while sleeping. The pool is larger than it appears in photos and there was a propane grill. There were lots of leftover beach/pool toys, floats, and an umbrella. The roof top deck was a lovely escape and provided a beautiful view. We brought a wagon and it’s an easy walk to the beach. 25D and 25E are at each end of the block and both have partially paved/covered walkovers making access so much easier. 25E became our preferred access, little longer walk but the walkover on the dune was a little longer making the wagon pull easier. (There is also a little shortcut that allows you to cut mid block between Maldonado and Ariola).
We would definitely stay in this home again!

The split level home gave everyone privacy when sleeping but the ultimate together time when awake. Loved having the pool and rooftop deck! Great for a large group and would highly recommend!

We had a great time, we have stayed with Paradise Beach Rentals now for 4 years on Labor Day weekend. The pool was awesome addition. My wife has medical issues and the all the stairs was a bit much for her. Everyone had a great time and are looking forward to next year.

We had a wonderful week at this house. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the space the house had to offer. Everything seemed well maintained and clean. Couple of suggestions: larger dining table (4 person table for a 6 bed house seems too small) and install safety gates on deck for kids around the pool.

This is our 4th year going down to Pensacola Beach. In the past, we have always rented small condos. We always meet with friends and their families down so that we can all spend time together. (We all live in different cities/states, and see each other only on occasion.) This year we all decided to get a house together. There were 5 adults and 6 kids so space was a must... and a POOL. This house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space. The pool was perfect after spending time on the beach and the kids still wanted to be in water.
The rooftop deck was amazing and perfect for stargazing each night. We even sat up there one evening watching a storm roll past in the distance.
This house was perfect for our 3 families and will definitely be staying here again in the future!
Our ONLY complaint/issue with this house is the size of the washing machine. When you are staying in a million dollar home and have 11 people in the house, you cannot have a TINY stackable washer and dryer. It would do 3 towels at the most and took forever to dry. If I could give the owners a recommendation, it would be to put a full size washer and dryer in the garage as well. This house can sleep up to 16 (I think), and with that many people staying in a house for one week, it requires a lot of laundry to be done.
Overall, I would highly recommend this home for a rental. It is in a great location (less than 5 minute walk to the beach.)

The amount of room in the house was excellent. The stairs were the biggest downfall to the house. The kitchen/living area is on the top. We had our annual family vacation here and was not disappointed. The walk to the beach was minimal and the beach area was not crowded during the entire week.

My family took my dad to Pensacola for his 75th birthday. He always wanted to go to Naval Air Museum. We made the right choice with our house..for sure. The property had everything we needed. It was clean and close to the beach. The pool was a great plus. The folks at Paradise Beach Homes were wonderful to work with. We had a fantastic time...already talking about returning next year...and staying at the same property.

I brought my whole family down, 8 adults, 8 grandkids. I like to be a little closer to the beach but it wasn't too bad. House had plenty of room. Kids loved pool after spending the day at the beach. Adults and kids enjoyed the game room. The landscaping was beautiful. Only problems were minor, a couple of chairs around the pool were broke and the fans in the game room were not working. We called and someone came over within the hour and removed the broken chairs. next day some brought some floor fans. The over head fans were fixed at the end of the week. These were minor and did not affect the good time we had.

The location of this rental place was great. The pool area was nice for our family to visit. Although, the pool could have been cleaner. The rental company sent people over to help with a few miner things right when we called. It was the perfect place to watch the Blue Angels show. All in all it was a great place!

Everything was very easy, booking, check-in, was all painless. We had a couple accidents in the house that I'm still waiting to hear back about but as embarrassing as it was to have to tell them, they were very professional and understanding about the situations. I would highly recommend staying here, the roof balcony is definitely my favorite part.

The house was nice. There was plenty of room and the furniture in the living area was comfortable.
Positives: close to a paved walkway to the beach, large nice pool, several bedrooms with comfortable beds.
Cons: 28 steps to get to the main living area, I would suggest at least a dumbwaiter if not an elevator. Not having a porch in the front where you can look over the ocean. The rooftop deck was nice, but again more steps and HOT because it was uncovered.

loved the house completely!! would totally stay there again!! only drawback would be that it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the garage with an ice maker. 16 people in 1 house and that little ice maker they had didn't work out too well.

This property was BEAU-T-FUL. It had everything I could ask for in a property and more. The kids were entertained with the pool and game room and the adults enjoyed the rooftop sitting and waking up sitting on the decks in the mornings. The only improvement is that there needs to be two outdoor trash cans instead of one. Other than that, this place is amazing.

House had all we needed. Kitchen well appointed but would have liked more dining table and chairs as could only seat 12 and we had 16.Pool was great and appreciated floats, sand toys, etc provided. would love to know where elephant on TV cabinet came from. We all want one!!

The description of the property was not entirely accurate, but it was going through a renovation at the time. The new side of the house once completed provided a gameroom with a ping-pong tablet, shuffleboard table, and pop a shot basketball which our family very much enjoyed during our stay. The home was only 1.5 blocks off the beach which was very convenient, and our family enjoyed the pool in the backyard. The main living area and pool were larger than appeared in the pictures. The cleaning company they use though left something to be desired. Also, the management property was a little difficult to deal with before arriving to the property, but during our stay they were prompt in dealing with any issues.

The only issue we had was the stairs. All 48 of them! Other than that the house was great as well as the roof top deck overlooking the area and the ocean. Nice short walk to the beach (5 minutes tops). We had a great time and look forward to doing it again real soon !!
