I will say I was pretty happy with the rental company. I traveled 16 hours from Ohio and knew check in day would be beautiful so I wanted to advantage of the warmth. Because no one was in the villa the night before I think I was able to check in before noon.

We had a wonderful time the only thing we didn’t like was having to wait till 5:00 to check in on Saturday. Have never had to wait till 5 on anywhere I have stayed before. Overall though the house is really nice and great quiet location.

This condo was perfect. Walk right to the beach and in a great area away from crowds. The elevator was perfect for my mother who is in a wheelchair. Would love to come back!

Beautiful home, well maintained and has everything you need to make a great vacation happen. We had 3 generations sharing this house and with all rooms having a private bath you can't go wrong. Quiet area, but near all the shopping and dining. We loved this place.

The property description was accurate and the location was perfect -- steps from the private beach and away from crowds. The house was well-maintained, and the elevator was super helpful. Beach chairs and an umbrella to share. Customer service from PBH was terrific with many thanks to Andi.

Staying in this townhouse was awesome .The unit was very tastefully decorated. There were not a lot of personal effects taking up closet space or cluttering the rooms. Very short walk to the beach and other activities close. It would have been nice to use the elevatorbut a small inconvenience.

I have stayed at different locations at Pensacola Beach and this one was the best. The pictures of the property are accurate, the condo is spacious--clean and close to the beach-just a two minute walk. Property management very friendly and responsive; and did I mention this unit has an elevator which came in handy for loading heavy items. The kitchen was well stocked with useful items...we cooked every meal. I would definitely try to stay here again if the unit is available.

Absolutely perfect location and very nicely appointed home. Comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 kids. Only issue was the previous guests had put fresh seafood in the fridge and the smell lingered the whole week.

Literally 2 minutes over the boardwalk to the beach! Beautiful place, nicely decorated.
Because this is Florida and Florida has roaches, they keep literally nothing in the kitchen, so bring your own everything food/seasoning/related.
They had some items in the garage to use for the beach too. Floaties, chairs, umbrella, wagon etc.
Would totally stay here again.

The accommodations were amazing. The access to the beach was perfect for our family, but it would also be perfect for friends to stay. It was nice to have the private beach to go to during the day, especially since Covid numbers are so high we spend all our time at the beach. Any concerns we addressed easily and promptly, I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely property and beach! There were a couple of issues that the management company responded to promptly. Fabulous location, right on the beach, literally less than a minute over the short boardwalk. Great outdoor spaces on 3 levels with high quality furniture.

I am about as picky as they come and this place is just PERFECT - even better than the beautiful pictures show! We’ve been here a month, renting off season while our house is being completed, and we feel as if we are on a lovely vacation every day. The views of the Gulf from their several outside decks, and from inside, are fabulous, there is everything one needs for day to day living, the furnishings are upscale and the beds are amazing - great mattresses and every comfort thought of. It really lives so well and can accommodate lots of people comfortably because of the way it is set up. The three bedrooms and three baths work really well. Everything is spotless and they even have something you seldom find in a rental and that is professional type knives for meal prep. What a joy! The owners are absolutely wonderful and have obviously put a lot of thought into making this such a fabulous rental. They and Paradise Beach Homes are so pleasant to work with. We used to own a beach rental here so I have dealt with PBH for over a decade and wouldn’t rent through any other beach group. Everyone is so responsive and goes out of their way to make things easy! This rental is PERFECT!!!

The pool and layout of the facilities were helpful in engaging and managing grandchildern during the stay. They chased lizards and created shell collections with minimal supervision. The beach was entertaining with multiple hurricanes creating surf and warm rains, the sunburn free days were a bonus. Pensacola Beach sand is always an amazing experience. We will look for this home on our next beachside vacation.

20 years of staying in Florida, this rental was one of our favorites. Almost every aspect was 10/10 except the beds were a bit uncomfortable compared to the quality of the rest of the property. Not the worst not the best. Wouldn’t stop us from repeat stay.

This rental manager was great to work with and very helpful. I would use them again next year. Condo was remodeled and a great ocean front location. I will look at booking this condo for our next visit.
