The condo has everything you need. It's clean and comfortable and we loved the location. It's on a relatively quiet areanear the dog beach. The views are great of the bay and the gulf from the 2nd bedroom. We would definitely stay here again. It is definitely a steep spiral stair case but not a big deal for us.

Really liked this condo and the whole area. Easy walk to the beach, including the dog beach. Lovely views of the Bay but also the gulf from the road side, since there are no obstructions. Would stay again.

Quiet area of Pensacola Beach. Quick and easy access to the beach or sound side. We enjoyed shelling on the gulf side and paddleboarding on the sound side. The property was accurately described and well maintained. Beds were super comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Oct 2023. The unit was well appointed and comfortable. Great view on both sides, covered parking for two. Nice bedrooms, good mattresses/ pillows/linens, good shower pressure, nice TV with cable and quiet- which we loved. The only thing we really would have preferred different was the spiral staircase- my fit father who is in his 70's had a bit of a hard time with this. We also brought our small dog and he was able to sit out on the deck securely plus there was miles of walking for us with him on the road along the beach. It was too cold to use the pool but we did have two days at the beach- which was literally a two min. walk across the street. We left some of our beach equipment by accident and the management was helpful in that they found it, put it aside and we can get it at a later date. It was nice of them to help us with that mistake! I found the management to be very accessible and clear in their communication.
Our favorite thing was the location. It was so peaceful and yet not completely secluded. Its literally right by the State park- so the only traffic was the few cars going that way. Awesome.
We did have a second story window overlooking the bay that was boarded up. Not crucial but odd. There is still lingering damage from the last storm but the property is in good shape overall. Will stay again.

Great rental and easy booking. Location was perfect. It’s away from the busy boardwalk and beach is not overcrowded. Walking distance to the dog beach. Got the sound in the backyard and beach across the street it was a perfect stay!

We loved this condo. It was clean and roomy. We enjoyed the view of the sound from the back deck and then being able to walk across the road to beach access. We enjoyed the large, clean pool as well. Would 100 % stay here again.

The rental is in great shape. Close to the beach and restaurants. It is pet friendly. We have a senior dog so we had to carry him up a spiral staircase wasn't a problem just be aware of this.

We loved everything about this rental! Out the back porch you can cross through the yard (perfect for pup!) and you’re directly on a private beach! 3 minute walk down beach to playground (perfect for toddler!). Or you can go out the front door, cross the nonbusy road (low traffic as near National Seashore and not many other properties), and you’re directly at the ocean on the expansive white sandy beaches! Dog beach/park is right there as well!

We took our 3 kids and 2 dogs to this location. We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a quiet location and you had the opportunity to go to the beach across the street or the bay right in your backyard. Great spot if you are looking for a family getaway!

Wonderful location with nice views of Santa Rosa Sound and the gulf. Plenty of space to bring your dog and provide beach time at dog park across street, walk the path out front or just take him around the grounds. Decorated very well, comfortable bedding and kitchen is well stocked. Short drive to Publix or Winn Dixie for supplies and good restaurants nearby. Only negative is spiral staircase to bedrooms that might pose a problem for guests but it is the widest one we’ve ever maneuvered although it kept our dog downstairs because he couldn’t figure out navigating them. And you walk 2 flights to the unit, again nice wide stairwell.

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Gulf Breeze to finish out 2021! The weather was absolutely "perfect" - sunny and 75! The condo accommodations were lovely. The condo is just as pictured. I would have loved an area rug in the living room, however, this condo would be great for anyone with allergy sensitivities.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and our little puppy! So convenient to the dog beach and a great grassy area for the pup to run around. Our kids loved the short walk to the pirate ship playground. The house had plenty of blankets and pillows and the kitchen was fully stocked for our needs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our rental was perfect, it was clean and comfortable, our only problem was toward the end of the week and we had neighbors that had children and they ran continuously all until they went to bed, other than that there was little noise and we were close to everything. Paradise beach rentals was perfect, they accommodated us very well

We rented this unit in March 2021. Very nice clean condo with just about everything you need. The beach is across the street from the complex but there is a beach just out the back patio that goes to the inlet. Very private, quiet, calm and only few steps away. There is a lot of construction going on in this area due to storm damage so traffic and noise was an issue during our stay but would definitely stay here again maybe next year after most construction is completed. The property manager staff was very nice and accommodating.

This was my first trip to PDB and with the exception of the horrific traffic getting on the island on Saturday, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit I stayed in was clean and very well equipped. Master bedroom was comfy, but my quests said the 2nd bedroom queen could stand replacing. The condo was near the state park and very quiet. Bayside beach was extremely close to the rear patio and gulf beach was an easy walk. Pool was clean and well maintained. Found lots of restaurants that we liked in the area. Drive to Pensacola for groceries or shopping was quick and easy. Rental company could not have been nicer or more helpful. I definitely will be back.

Location of rental is great, everything inside was generally clean and in good shape. We have stayed in different units in San De Luna for 25+ years, neighbors were great too. At some point the owners need to go through kitchen and reorganize everything. Pots and pans, bowls, tubs and lids, are all in different areas. It all needs to be pulled out, cleaned and put back together.

We took a 4 person friend-cation in mid-August and found the set up and location perfect for our needs. The beach was a quick walk across the street, and the property was just before the entrance to National Park land so the area felt less crowded and more open than much of Pensacola Beach. We combined our beach time with site-seeing trips into Pensacola and the surrounding area, which were all convenient to get too. We also utilized the trolley which provided a quick and free trip to nearby restaurants. Also took advantage of the gas grill to cook up some fresh seafood! We were very pleased with our stay, and hope to be back soon.

Our family really loves the Pensacola Beach area. It is a great location for summer fun. We really enjoyed our townhouse in San DeLuna. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is perfectly situated between the Gulf and bay. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and the mainland.

I've rented several different properties from Paradise Beach Homes and have always had very good results. San De Luna #4 is a nice townhome. Not the most modern but everything was clean and worked. The only complaint I would have is there are no curtains/shades on the sliding glass door leading out onto the deck or on a small window next to the entrance door. Neither is strictly needed. Someone would have to come up stairs onto the deck to see inside the sliding glass door and the window next to the entrance door is open only to a hall with the washer/dryer and an extra bathroom. However it would be nice to have something on the sliding glass door. The hot tub is ok but would not make it a basis for a stay.

I was a bit nervous about renting this unit, but we could not have been more pleasantly surprised! The location is AMAZING. The bay is 500ft. away and the beach is just across the street. This unit is older but very well maintained. The beds were great, the layout is fun, and we loved having the pool and outdoor shower so close.

We had a great vacation. The location of the town home is one of the best as there is much less traffics on this end of the island and it's very quiet. Being able to have the sound behind us, the gulf in front of us, and a swimming pool gave us all kinds of options with different weather situations. The only problem I had with it was that there was a lot of dust on the side tables and on top of utensils in the kitchen and pots/pans in the cabinet.
